Awesome home! Quiet area, and so close to the beach. Pool and spa were so fun and relaxing. We’re already thinking of another trip to AMI and if we do we won’t even search for another property if this one is available for the dates we choose.

Lovely house in a quiet section of the island, close to the beach and shops. The only knock I have is that the hot tub jets didn't work and no one fixed it in the 5 days we were there (someone came by but didn't know how to fix it, kinda insinuated that i might have broken it and then said a pool tech was coming out but a guy showed up just to clean the pool and didn't fix the jets). There really should be an instruction sheet on how to operate the system, but who knows if that would have helped since it was most likely broken. If you don't mind not having a working hot tub, this place is great. Also, hot water was a premium for the showers ao I'm not sure if the water heater is fully functional.

Reviewer Comments:
The home is in a great spot. Pool is nice and very close to the beach. Was overall disappointed for the amount paid. Deferred maintenance on the home, spa bubbles didn’t work, a/c continuously reset to 80 degrees. Mosquito repellent is needed whenever outside around the home. We are Florida natives and very use to mosquitos. I have rented other homes on Anna Maria for the same price that were in much better condition and were more updated.
