Das malerische 900 sq '2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad Haus wurde im Jahr 1919 in der Mühle Blütezeit und war ursprünglich eine Pension im Besitz von Frau gebaut Larsen.
Um die Ecke von dem neuen Park Miller Landing, über den Fluss von der Piratenpark und 10 Minuten Spaziergang entlang des Flusses auf der alten Mühle und in die Stadt machen es eine großartige Kulisse für Familien und gleichermaßen Paare. Für Abenteurer, ist Phil Trail Komplex nicht Mt Fahrrad entfernt und Skifahren, Angeln, Wandern und Bergsteigen ist nur einen kurzen 30 Minuten Fahrt bis Century Drive.

I loved the location of this home. We walked everywhere. Every morning I took my dog for a walk and grabbed a coffee. We walked our kids to Columbia park, to old mill district, to 10 barrel. Everything is so close and convenient to get to. At first I was nervous about the size of the home and having one bathroom but it’s a good layout so I was able to make dinner every night and we all ate at the dining room table. We watched TV in the large living room and listened to music while doing some of the puzzles that are onsite. I love that they are dog friendly as we foster dogs and found ourself with a dog at the same time as our trip. Bill was so accommodating and responsive.

Our experience with this home was positive overall. The house is situated in a fantastic location and exudes a cool vibe. However, with teenage boys, we found the size a bit limiting and struggled with outdated technology and Wi-Fi connectivity. For families with different needs, this might not be an issue. We also noticed the absence of basic amenities like soaps and shampoos, though we understand these are minor details. As second homeowners who rent out our own place, we appreciate that preferences vary. In essence, this home is amazing but might be better suited for a different demographic.

Bill the host was amazing and was very attentive to our needs. The house was homie and rustic with a cool history for the old mill district and suited our needs perfectly. The location was prime for visiting our family and friends who lived close by and the house had everything we needed for the perfect stay. Its location was close to a bunch of great restaurants and shops within walking distance and the river was a block away. The neighbors were kind the the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had a wonderful time and will stay here again. It was perfect for the 2 of us and our Frenchies and was accomodating for our visits and dinners with our family and friends.

We enjoyed the location as it was central for us and easy access to the bike trails at Phils and the Welcome Centre. The accommodation is as described, beds were comfortable, large kitchen eating area and comfortable living room. Bathroom at first glance seems small but everything works fine and is clean. Owner responded immediately to a small issue we had.

Very happy with the place, exactly as advertised. It's an older property so don't expect everything to be brand new, but the location makes up for anything like that. An easy walk to the amphitheater and downtown area.
Owner was perfect and even refunded as a night when we had to leave early because of a health issue with our dog...can't ask for better than that!

We loved this home! The location could not be beat! We were walking distance to downtown Bend, the Breweries, and the old mill district! Everything is right there! We could wheel our kayak to the river or carry our paddleboards to river, so easy. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable living room! Best place to stay in Bend!

The property is as described. Very comfortable accommodations for the two of us and a small dog. And an excellent location next to Millers Landing and close to many great Bend locations.
We had occasional, spotty wifi, but most of the time it was fine.

Convenient to everything. Took walks along the river with our dogs, and to the old mill dog park. Checked out many local eateries close by. The rental had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Will come to stay again!

The location of the property is fantastic with easy parking and the ability to walk everywhere. The property is clean and perfect for a small family. The only pause on this house is the bathroom. which is small with an old tub converted to a shower that one needs to be careful getting in and out of.

My wife and I very much enjoyed staying at the Old Bend bungalow....plenty of room to spread out in, full kitchen, large living room, nice heat (key in Bend!)...and a pleasant frog that croaked outside our window.

Everything was as advertised! Great house & location! Close to everything ‘Bend’. Old Mill District, downtown, restaurants & shops. Bill was easy to reach & very responsive. He’s an excellent host! We definitely plan on coming back!

We have stayed here the past four years and have reserved it again for the summer of 2023.
The location is perfect for us midway between downtown Bend and the Old Mill district. We ride our e-bikes almost daily so the access to paths is ideal.

We had a great time staying here! The location cannot be beat with many parks just a few steps away. You can walk to so many breweries and restaurants (hello Jackson’s Corner!) and have a great place to rest afterwards. The house is very comfortable, huge kitchen, and super comfortable beds! One thing we also loved was the shower, great water pressure and perfect for taller people! Highly recommend!

The beds in the two bedrooms were comfy, and I was told the trunk bed in the living room was "not bad," although we were unable to get it back into it's trunk. The check-in process was seamless and everything worked just fine. The house is older, but it was comfortable for the weekend and a good time was had by all.

Great stay! Came for work and play - both achieved. Walkable to parks and pubs. Fenced front and back yard. Great internet speed. 30 min to Mt Bachelor and 10 min to just about anywhere in Bend. Will be back for sure.
