This place was perfect for our stay! It's a darling guest house. The kitchen is really big and beautiful! The bed so comfortable. The host was so nice. We had a couple of minor requests that he immediately resolved. An added bonus was that we had family very, very close and I had no idea when I made reservations. Thank you so much Jim for being an A++++++ host!

Tucked away in an adorable area but so close to everything. Pictures don't do this charming little bungalow justice. Our host was super accommodating, never bugged us and this place is equipped with everything you may need. We loved it and hope to return!!!!!!

The setting couldn’t been nicer, the place cleaner, or the hosts more accommodating and friendly. Just the break we needed with all the stress and challenges of traveling these days. It was all wonderful.

Jim was an excellent host and very responsive. Our stay at the Cottage was for 60 days and it was Great experience. We have never stayed at a nicer/cleaner VRBO. The Cottage was very private. The view from the main room through the slider of the Pine Tree filled mountains was outstanding. The tall/vaulted ceilings gave the Cottage a roomy feeling. The inside/outside of the Cottage is so well taken care of it gives the appearance of being brand new. From the walk-in bedroom closet to the full kitchen with every pot/pan/utensil you will ever need; every aspect of the Cottage was well thought out. The internet is fast and reliable. Hiking trails, by car, are minutes from the Cottage as is the local lake/river where there is swimming. Also, the Cottage is only 10-15 minutes from Beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene. 60 days is more than enough time to kick the tires on any VRBO. Our 60 day experience was a 10 out of 10 (Exceptional). We will be back. Thank you Jim for all the effort you placed in your VRBO that made our stay a memorable experience.

The house was gorgeous and super clean. The location was amazing and quiet. My kids loved it, i loved it. The hosts are amazing people they're so nice. I will definitely be booking this location again when we go back.

Just a few short miles from downtown Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene, yet a definite feel of being in the country. Clean and well maintained with all the amenities we needed and then some. Plenty of space to have family and friends over for a barbeque!

I had to come to town for a family emergency and needed a place to decompress while my husband came to visit for support. This was the perfect place and set-up. It was nice and quiet and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you to the hosts. I wish I could stay here longer but just having that quiet place for the weekend was a good recharge. We will definitely keep this is mind for future needs.

We had to travel to the area for a surgery so needed to stay in the area for almost a week. This place was perfect for my husband and I. It was very close to town and the hospital but yet seemed like it was miles away with the beautiful setting. We were so comfortable and the home was welll stocked with everything we needed. It was a nice clean and quiet environment to return to after my surgery. Pictures don't do this cottage justice and it's been one of the nicest well loved/cared for places that I have rented. Great communication with the host and I would highly recommend! Thank you.

I was helping my daughter and her family move to the area and this cottage was less than 10 minutes from their apartment. It was spotless, the bed is so comfy and I loved the flannel sheets given the cold weather. The kitchen is very well stocked and it was easy for me to cook as I had everything I needed. I also like that there is both a traditional coffee pot and a Keurig. Jim left me with a few k-cups (and a few other goodies) which was wonderful as I had not had a chance to go to the store but I could at least gave my coffee in the morning. If you stay here you won't be disappointed! I know my husband & I will be booking here again!

Super quite, it’s a great place to stay even had our grand kids spend the night with us on a air mattress . Super nice location, kitchen was very nice, and the washer and dryer made it so convenient. Thanks Jim highly recommend, would definitely rent again

My third time staying here and I love it more every time. Very comfortable and the views off the very quiet and private patio are my favorite. Jim is the perfect host, very accommodating.

Charming rental in a beautiful, quiet area! From the patio with a grill, to the comfortable king bed with cozy linens and everything in between, this place had all the amenities and was perfect for my race-cation. Will certainly book again!

Nice little place close to town yet nestled away in the country. Perfect for a relaxing time.

This was an incredible find! Completely off the beaten path but not inconvenient or hard to get to. Literally tucked into a country neighborhood where your neighbor is the owner and their sweet, friendly dogs. Super easy to find, spitting distance from Post Falls "downtown" and easy access to either CDA or Spokane. Hotter than blazes while we were there but there was AC. Super comfy bed, excellent shower, well stocked kitchen. Runners, lots of great routes, easy to access. Run down into downtown, across the river and pick up the Centennial Trail and run for miles and miles and miles on perfectly flat paved rail trail or run up into the hills along the generous shoulder on the roads.
