Direkt gegenüber befindet sich der Strandzugang (eine Minute zu Fuß) und der Gemeinschaftspool. Wir haben gerade einen Umbau mit Hartholzböden und Farbe abgeschlossen - Sie werden es lieben, wie es aussieht. Wir haben einen großen, offenen Grundriss mit Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer, in dem sich jeder versammeln und seine Urlaubszeit genießen kann. Das Deck neben dem Speisesaal bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Genießen Sie an einem warmen Sommernachmittag ein kaltes Getränk.
Alle Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben Flachbildfernseher und wir haben WiFi und einen DVD-Player. Wir haben Parkplätze für 3 Autos, eines davon überdacht, und einen verschlossenen Abstellraum im Carport für all Ihre Strandausrüstung und Fahrräder.

It was a great place to stay clean just across the street from the beach the boardwalk is just a short walk or drive

My family and i have been going to Carolina beach for 8 years. This was one of the cleanest nicest places we have stayed. I was a little worried from the listing about how far the pool and beach access would be. When we got there it was literally right across the street. The property managers were awesome we had a very small issue with the master bathroom and they had it fixed within 3 hours. We would absolutely stay here again.

One of the nicer beach rentals we've stayed in. Loved the stylish beach decor. Everything was as described and very clean (no stains on bedding or furniture, no dust bunnies under anything, no hair in the bathrooms, fridge and microwave spotless, etc.). The property manager was kind enough to let us check in an hour early. Future renters might want to know that the wifi is pretty slow. Fortunately we didn't have to work, but if we did it might have been a problem. We brought our own sheets but didn't bring extra blankets. Would have preferred an extra layer as the beds only have thin quilts. These are just FYIs for other renters - overall this is a great rental option.

The property was clean and had plenty of room for 4 adults and a 2 year old. It was a quick walk across the street to get to the beach. We CD we’re also able to use the community pool.

We stayed in this condo last summer, and booked it again this summer, and we still love it. Upon arrival it was exceptionally clean! There were also some improvements since last summer including new stylish end tables, all TVs were Roku TVs, and the master bedroom mattress was greatly improved from last year (it's still a little firm for my preference, but I tend to like medium firmness and not firm). For years we've traveled with our Roku stick so that we can watch our favorite streaming services, but we didn't have to fool with that this year thanks to the new TVs, which was nice. The kitchen has just about everything you could possibly want including lots of plates, bowls, glasses, and adequate silverware. There were also 2 large pots, which were very helpful the night we made crab legs and a shrimp boil (the only thing missing was crab crackers, so bring your own if you plan to cook crab or lobster). Everything about this condo is wonderful including the proximity to the beach (it's so close!), the quiet neighborhood, and the pool across the street which our kids enjoyed swimming in every evening. A1 Property Management was responsive to messages, including when I called them a few days before our arrival to ask if we could arrive a few hours before official check-in time so that we could go to the beach until the 4pm check-in time. And yes, we could, which was nice! We just made sure to park in the middle spot and not block in the cleaners that were in the other spot. And again, the cleaners really did an excellent job! I'm the type of person who shows up to rentals with Clorox wipes and a Swiffer (lol) and I found that that really wasn't necessary with this condo. Also, all the beds had mattress and pillow protectors (something I always expect as a former home rental host, but don't always find when I arrive at places).We're very happy with this condo and we hope to stay there again next year!

Rented this condo for my mom's 80th birthday. The condo was much more than we could have ask for. All necessities were supplied. The decor was modern with a beachy feel and steps to the beach.

From the moment we booked to check in and little messages or questions to the property managers, everything was clear, handled remarkably quickly and we could not be more pleased. Restaurant recommendations were fabulous, location is perfect since it’s just across the tiny street and on to the beach access. Had to pass the pool which was very clean and very full. No shade at the pool so be aware of that. We stayed less than 7 days so we brought our own sheets. Had no issues doing that. The kitchen was crazy well stocked. Even the pantry had books, games and paper products for us to use. They’re was a baby booster seat which we didn’t use but could have if we had known not to bring our own. Again…not really an issue but good for others to know. Plenty of hot water, cool water and detergents for both washer and dishwasher. We never ran out of anything during our stay. There are beach items in the storage closet for each unit. We didn’t need them but good to know they’re there. I did bring an outdoor table cover. It was just a little more colorful that way. The palm trees do offer a nice bit of privacy and shield from any raindrops. The beds and sofas are remarkably comfy, firm and supportive but not super hard where you might have back issues. Pillows were perfect and there were extra blankets and pillows too.
We were able to use the bunk bed room with a full pack and play with plenty of space to spare.
Honestly we enjoyed this place so much we are already holding a spot for the same pre memorial day week in 2023 but we are going to stay longer. You can walk to the boardwalk easily from the condo. Go get some Britts donuts and check out the gelato place that faces the boardwalk. They are wonderful people and have terrific flavors.

Beach getaway
This was a great property in a great location. We were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying here. The home was cute and cozy.

Hitt-N the Beach was amazing! The tall ceilings made the space feel big, while the furniture arrangement was really cozy. The location could not have been better-very close to the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk. We travelled with 2 young adults and a 16 year old. They were able to walk everywhere. The 15- hour car ride from Indiana to spend time with our son in the USAF, was worth the drive to stay at your property. We forgot to arrange for the linens and towels and Paul was very accommodating with our last minute request. We spent most of the evenings at the outdoor table, laughing and listening to the waves. My husband loves to grill and the charcoal grill provided was a bonus for him. We've stayed in VRBO's in Topsail, Wrightsville and now Carolina Beach. This was by far my favorite property! Thank you.

Hands down one of the nicest condos we have stayed at in Carolina Beach. Beach access was very simple. We had to change our resrvation due to COVID and the management company was very willing to work with us. Due to our date change we were a little disappointed the pool was closed. We will definitely stay their again. Loved that it was also in walking distance of the board walk!

The place was crawling with cockroaches! We saw a dead one in our master bedroom and two live ones outside by the staircase. Upon departure, our guests shared with us that they killed one in the laundry room and two in their room. I was notified!!

Great beach condo!
My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. You couldn't ask for better proximity to the beach. And it's close enough to restaurants and other activities, without being in the thick of things and around a lot of noise. The condo was also very clean and had everything we needed. We loved eating meals out on the covered balcony where you could hear the ocean and see a small glimpse of it. We really enjoyed this condo. The only negative thing I can say about the condo was the king size master bed which was uncomfortably firm. I would suggest that the owner invest in a thick mattress topper to make it a little more comfy for guests.

Condo is located on the 2nd floor (lowest level condo). No elevator and narrow stairwell made unloading and loading a bit difficult but not impossible. The condo is secure. Kitchen was not as stocked as some other condos we have stayed in. Definitely not many kid safe plates/cups. Only big complaint is the chair on the master bedroom balcony is completely rusted and the mesh seat is torn off the frame. If someone doesn’t look and sits in it they will get injured.

Lastly the internet was horrible, tv would not work for an extended period. We had to use the data on our phones because we kept getting knocked off the internet.

Location and Layout are perfect!
We loved the size and space of the condo. It was way bigger than we expected and we liked how large the bedrooms were. The kids room was great, loved the bunkbeds! The walk to the beach access was amazingly short, we just wheeled our wagons across everyday! And, the pool was a nice place to cool off, too. The price and location are spot on!
