This is a great place stay. Very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Accommodations were perfect for a beach getaway. Very close proximity to excellent places to eat without a touristy feel.

Lovely condo. Clean and perfect size for a couple. Everything you need is there for a beach vacation. Umbrella, chairs, sand toys, cooler, beach towels and beach bag. This was our second time staying and the bed upgrade was much appreciated. Slept like babies. LOVE the shared balcony. Wonderful place to watch the sun set. We will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay at Peter’s place in Pass A Grille. Parking is tough on the weekends but found you really don’t need a car there. Everything is convenient and close with lots of options. Thank you Eric for helping with water and ice options. Some better pillows would have been nice but still worth a 5 star review, almost got some at Sam’s Club. I will be staying there again in the future.

Beautiful views & close to everything! Very clean and has everything you need for the beach. From what we heard while we were there, they just had replaced the mattress with a new one, very comfortable!

Love the location, very convenient and close to beach for sunrise and sunset. My unit was clean with modern appliances but could use an update on linens and pillows.

Condo was as described. Great location. Very cozy.

Well here goes, the place was clean , all linens we needed. Dish soap bottle empty , glad I brought some with. Does not show in pics that the air conditioner is in bathroom of all places . We had to go buy a fan because ceiling fan would not work at all. Some of the blinds you could not keep closed for privacy. Some are broken as well. All beach equipment there if you needed it . Had to use small heaters for heat which was fine for a small place . One of the heaters we plugged in smelled so bad we could not use really needs pitched. The bed was the worse for me because of my back issues . The mattress really needs replaced . It sinks in the middle with two people . Will see my back doc when I get back for sure . It was a perfect little place for two people and the location , we love it there . Went home with eight bags of shells . Many that I have been on my bucket list . Also great balcony to sit on , over looks the ocean and great sunsets . Would rent again but would be more selective on a unit . We rented ground floor number five . Everyone was nice around us , very friendly. Close to restaurants and shopping !!

Converted hotel to condo to short-term rental. No windows other than front windows looking out over inside garden-a bit gloomy and dark. Location is at the historic district and a bit active but the complex is quiet and close to beach. Would stay again but for shorter time (a week).

We have stayed on this property several times with this just being the most recent. We found it as it always is, clean, neat and well kept. The difference this year was finding a new refrigerator and TV which was a nice update.

The space was perfect for 2 people, the views from the deck were amazing and the distance to restaurants was perfect!

Breathtaking views. Everything you need in one place including free transportation (Freebee on the beach). The room had the basics, a comfortable bed and air conditioning, which is all I really need with the beach right across the street! Cute little fridge, too! Highly recommend.

We had a nice stay and the condo was as described. The kitchen had no place to put groceries because cabinets were all full. Dishes, pots and pans were plentiful. Could use more silverware. Overall a good experience!
