This was our second stay at this location. The pool area was great and our grandkids loved the slide. Amenities throughout the house were plentiful and thoughtful. Owners were responsive to questions and needs. Location and grounds were wonderful, however a neighbors dog came into the yard in late afternoons. He seemed curious and did not bother the children.

This was the perfect property for a quiet, warm family reunion. It was a gorgeous home with a beautiful pool on a lovely wooded lot. I actually heard a chuck’s will widow singing at night. This is a quiet neighborhood, so not a good place for late night parties. There is a sweet playground for the little ones and the interior is spectacular. We came to explore the area, but it was hard to leave! The hosts were gracious and accommodating. I can’t say enough about this property. We had a great time.

When I arrived, I was taken aback by the beauty and serenity of this place. Five families were here together, and yet there was sooo much room and sooo many things to do…I had brought along activities for the kids to do, ended up doing only one. They kept themselves occupied. Just about anything you could ask for was already there. This amazing place deserves all the stars and more. Highly recommended.

First, let me start by saying this house is HUGE. Like bigger than we imagined. We had 15 people in our party and had a ton of space for everyone and everything. Our group ranged from 6 to 80 and there was plenty to do for all of us. The slide to the pool was a huge hit and this house literally had everything we could ever want in a vacation home! Though we did miss a hottub and I can also recall the three older boys having trouble with the wifi and their gaming up on the third floor, but no biggie. They just came down to the main floor and played in the theater. We LOVED the pool, fire pit, volleyball court, bikes, theater, power recliners, and HUGE bedrooms. Most of the time, the littles played up in the princess tower so it was like having a built in baby sitter! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and you can tell the owners are seasoned with having guests because even the bathrooms were stocked as if you were in a hotel. Here's the one issue: the neighbors are crazy! They let us know as soon as we arrived that we were not welcome in this neighborhood. There were anti-VRBO/Airbnb signs EVERYWHERE. Our first encounter with the DOCTOR (yes, we looked him up) left us being cussed out over moving his "drive slow" sign. The second interaction was a drone hovering over the pool one afternoon. You are definitely watched by the neighbors at this place, but don't let them bother you. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! We hope to come back and annoy the neighbors more. :)

I can't say enough good things about the property and the owners. Our family ranging in ages to 2 weeks to 90 years old had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay. You won't be disappointed.

We were a group of ten seniors staying for five days to celebrate a birthday. The house everything imaginable, from at least 20 place settings to multiple coffee pots to a media room. There were many things we did not utilize - the pool, fire pit, ping pong table, basketball court, whirlpool bathtub and much more. The owners have made it very easy to use the property. Everything is labeled and laminated instructions to use the media equipment. You will need a car as nothing is within walking distance, but not an issue as we knew this in advance. This is a gem out in the country.

If you are considering this property, don't hesitate, book it now! Would give ten stars if possible. Exceeded our expectations in every way. The owners are so friendly and helpful with the booking and check in process, or if you need anything while there. We could not believe how clean and well equipped the property was. Every trip has it's highlight, and for ours, this home was it and what made it memorable and possible for our family to get together.

Wow! This location was absolutely perfect for our large family reunion over Thanksgiving. Everything was better than advertised. It was clean, spacious, well-stocked, and well-maintained. The outdoor space was incredible with pickleball, basketball, cornhole bags, firepit, playground (with beautiful playhouse), bicycles, horseshoes. Importantly, all the outdoor equipment was in great working order! Because of the cooler weather, we did not use the pool, but it was beautiful to look at none-the-less. We were able to make good use of the abundant outdoor seating areas. Inside the home was a treat too! The bedrooms were quiet had their own bathrooms (with a never-ending supply of hot water). The Kitchen had everything, including a huge island that became our command center. The movie room was the best I have seen. There was every type of game imaginable...with all the pieces still there! The garage had two more large refrigerators, separate large ice maker, ping pong table, basketball shot game and its own bathroom. The home was very near a state park with several great hiking trails around the lake. The home is not far from downtown Nashville, so our group made a fun field trip to listen to some great music. The owners were friendly and very accommodating! I highly recommend this home for any type of family gathering!

Wonderful property with plenty of room for a large family. We had a lovely time visiting Nashville and the surrounding areas from this well located property. The beds were all comfortable and the kids had a great time playing in the toy rooms. The house had absolutely everything we needed.

Great home with everything you could possibly need to have a relaxing, comfortable Tennessee trip. Huge, high end home with tons of space and amenities. Gracious hosts who are readily accessible and a short drive into Nashville. Great time and would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for our family. We range from 85 to 1 and all were comfortable her. The pool and outside activities were very easy to use. The garage game room came in handy when it rained. Would recommend this house to friends and family.

The property was ideal for our group: three generations with ages of 16 to over 80. There were eleven of us. The house was built in 2004 and has nine bedrooms along with a swimming pool just off the kitchen. It has beautiful grounds that include a pickle ball court, basketball goal, horseshoes, and the swimming pool has a water slide. The owner was very gracious and answered the few questions we had quite promptly.

We celebrated our parents 60th wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful house to get the family together. Lots of space and lots to do!! The owners were helpful and accommodating.

Our kids and grandkids gathered from California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, and Virginia. We thought this would be a great hub from which they would spread out and do other things. Instead, all they wanted to do was stay on the property and enjoy the ambience and all the great features. An ensuite king bedroom for everybody? Never heard of it, but this place has all that and more. Our previous reunions have been in Kiawah and on the outer banks, but this property is better than any of them. Can't wait to return.

The home is well stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of space to handle our group of 20 (aged kids to seniors). Tom was helpful with anything we needed without interfering. We would highly recommend this location for your large group!

All nineteen of us had a great guest experience. The house was clean and well stocked. Every kitchen item you would need was there. The bedrooms were all comfortable. I wish the littles in the family could have been there because there were so many areas they would have loved. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a family home environment.

We were all blown away by the home's size and splendor as we drove in. We settled in quickly and easily. With the exception of grocery trips, we pretty much spent the next 3+ days at the home. Everything we needed was at our disposal. Even the weather cooperated and we spent much of our time outside enjoying it. It is definitely set up for families and could comfortably handle a group larger than ours. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Stayed here for an annual reunion with a group of old friends. Watched movies in the entertainment room. Gamed in the gaming room. Cooked meals in the big, beautiful kitchen. Great place to spend a few days eating, drinking, and catching up with each other.
