We have stayed on several occasions at this property. We love how peaceful it is, close to various Napa venues. The place is clean, equipped with what someone needs. The owners offer a wine tasting at their winery which we indulge in. Great wine. We will stay again.

My husband and I planned our first trip to California and the Napa area. Cynthia greeted us at the property upon our arrival, she was so gracious and informed us about everything plus provided us with information on the area prior to our arrival so I had already booked several tastings at local vineyards. She had also let us know about their family vineyard and we had a private tasting with her and her husband. It was so nice to hear about the history of their property and great details about the wine making process. Such a treat! Highly recommend visiting. The VRBO had the most comfortable bed, cozy and quaint inside and out. Tucked into a great little community, very close to downtown Napa. I personally enjoyed the outside area and bistro table, as I had to work a bit in the early morning and early evenings. So quiet and enjoyable. Thank you for a most enjoyable visit to NAPA and for your hospitality. We will be back and we have already shared our experience with friends and family.

The property and hosts are lovely. We enjoyed two nights in the peaceful retreat. The location was close to downtown Napa, which made it easy to come and go in between activities.
There are a lot of amenities and things to make your stay cozy.

Space was clean and perfect for the two of us. Home and neighborhood setting were beautiful. Location within a 10-minute walk to the Napa River Trail and 30-minute walk to downtown Napa was ideal. Host was helpful and provided many good ideas for winery, eating out and other activities.

These owners are family from the first day you meet them to receive the key. Then their home welcomes you to be comfortable cozy with no needs they haven't met to make your stay wonderful! Second time, and I will be back every time I come to Napa! love the Kastens!!!!!!! And their wine visit their vineyard!

The location is unbeatable. It is tucked back in a neighborhood where you feel secluded and away from everything but still very close to downtown. We were met at check in and given information, a tour and had any questions answered. Pictures and description are very accurate. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

Such a unique place that's a 5
Min drive to downtown Napa and close to many wineries and vineyards. John met us to let us in and was very friendly. I corresponded with Cynthia via text who was very helpful answering any questions. The bottle of wine from their vineyard was a nice touch in addition to the snacks that were provided.
My only recommendation would be a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Albeit the high was 111 while we were there- some extra circulating air would be welcome. We opened the windows at bedtime which helped some. Overall- we would definitely stay again!

We love staying at this property and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It is close driving distance to downtown and lots of wineries. It is cozy to sleep in if desired and surrounded by lush landscaping. We love visiting the family vineyard and enjoyed our taste testing there.

This home had everything we look for in a place to stay. The location in a secluded neighborhood was optimal for both downtown adventures and touring wineries. Furnishings were beautiful and in excellent/brand new condition. So many extra amenities, there isn't room to list them. Having everything we could possibly need made us feel like valued quests.

Wonderful experience
We were in Napa celebrating a friend's wedding. The guest house was conveniently located near the wedding venue and downtown Napa. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to stay again when planning a weekend in Napa. Very clean and quiet location.

Overall, we found this property comfortable. Good sleeping accommodation but found step down into bedroom and multiple steps down to bathroom across foyer cumbersome. It would be nice to have a dresser space for clothing too. Enjoyed tasting at family winery very much!

Great little getaway for a couple in Napa
The property was just right for what my wife and I were looking for. It was right off of Silverado Trail and relatively close to downtown Napa. The neighborhood was quiet and the property was at the end of a long driveway off of the street so it was very private. Cynthia and John were great hosts, giving us all the privacy we could want, but being there if we had any questions. They also graciously hosted us for a tasting at their family vineyard which produces some really good cabernets.

Cyndi and John Kasten are the most gracious hosts and wonderful wine makers! Their home was beautiful and thoughtfully appointed with delicious wine , coffee , snacks, and information on the area . The location is only 5 minutes from the terrific shops and restaurants downtown Napa, yet felt like we were tucked away in a private vineyard . We met new good friends with The Kasten ! Their family now and you will feel that way too! Thank you!! John and Cyndi we will be back and are friends can’t wait to visit !
