The property is super clean, has everything you need and Yani was great with any questions we had. The pool was lovely and was def needed to cool off from the summer heat. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. If you like antiquing like us, Please check out The cats meow A vintage market place, so many fun treasures there. Also, for some delicious eats stop by Mean Deans Local Kitchen. We would def come back again.

In town visiting a friend. Great location, convenient to everything, and very clean and had all the needed amenities. Owners were great. Flight got in before the normal check in time and no issue getting us in early.

Loved the house and the private back yard with pool

I grabbed this house when I saw the owners since I’ve stayed at another one of their properties. It was clean, stocked, and cozy. The pool was sparkling and the perfect size for our small group. The kids stayed in it all weekend. It was private and the grill and backyard let us have an awesome cookout. We will definitely stay again!

This is a gem of a property with perfect outdoor space for entertaining including pool, deck with awning, fire put and picnic table with umbrella! On the inside you’ll find a spacious common area with plenty of seating and a well appointed kitchen with all the basics plus many special touches like ice bucket, small cooler, wine glasses and wine opener etc. Our rooms were nicely laid out with a Queen bed in one and twin beds in the other. We slept five comfortably as we had a Pack’n Play for my grand child. The bathroom was perfect with walk-in shower, wand and rainfall showerhead.

The house is kept very clean. The pool and patio area is the best, we hung out there for at least a while everyday no matter how busy. The host has great communication and was helpful. The biggest draw for me was how close it was to Anna Maria Island, which is where I went most days - and having the beach chairs and umbrella on the porch for our use was a super touch! We live in the country so we were a little worried when we saw that it is within a mile of a bad section of the city but this house was in a fairly quiet, blue collar area and we had no problems while there.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the private outdoor area with comfortable lounging chairs. The shower heads were awesome, beds very comfortable, internet and TV service perfect. A couple small maintenance issues could be corrected: drain plunger in bathroom sink sticks, lamp/shade in master bedroom broken, but obviously those are small issues. Thanks for providing such a nice place for our snowbird experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We spent a month at the beach with no pool, so we wanted a place with a pool, and this definitely fit the bill! We had everything we needed, and loved hanging out at the pool, reading! Thank you so much Yani, for letting us stay at your home😁😁

My husband and I needed a serene place to let go of business duties. We loved the pool even though it was to cool for us to get in, we loved setting by it in the morning with coffee and evening with wine. The cozy immaculate home was perfect for resting and having gatherings with family. I would stay again if I can come back to Florida

Stayed here because son had a soccer tournament at IMG. House was short drive to IMG, beach, grocery store, restaurants and shopping. This house was clean, even by my OCD standards. Absolutely spotless. There was the strong smell of an older home, grandmas house smell but it didn’t bother us. Home was also stocked with linens, paper products and cleaning supplies. Would definetly stay again.

Super clean, but the neighborhood is questionable? Someone tried to take my Honda symbol off the back of my car! some speeding cars late at night. Don’t be surprised to see walkers wandering around, some looked like they were on drugs….. walking with socks and no shoes!!! It might be preferable for the host to put Tamiami Trail on the listing. As Tamiami Trail would definitely tell folks what kind of area this is, but I will stress again. The home is clean inside could use a little updating on furniture, and is also can use curtains on the windows. You can definitely see through the shades I had to hang up towels and comforters on the windows. But I guess people can’t control where they own. They are doing the best with what they have. Nice host, not nice area. People stop you at traffic lights and stop signs asking for money.

Booked this house for our 1st vacation since Covid and really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was great. Always asked if we needed anything. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. You had your choice of pillows from soft to firm as well as extra blankets. As stated, it is an older home but it is a clean home.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament at IMG Academy, and it was a perfect location for us. I had two teenage boys with me and they enjoyed the stay as well. The location is great because it is very close to downtown and only a 15-20 minute drive to the beach. Would recommend for a small family or a couple.

This is a great house, in a great location, meaning that is it close to all the beaches/attractions/shopping. Ex: seista key was about 40 min drive but it felt a whole shorter. So we drove about 24th s and got there about 4hrs early but we not able to get in the house yet because the cleaners were still there, apparently the people who stayed before us were messy and btw whatever they were eating was in the 2 cans for garbage pick up ( but that wasn’t for a couple days) was nasty because there was 1000 maggots in those cans and it smelled like death. So we came back at 4p and got in. Communication was great, owner was very nice and helpful, house is just as pictured, pool is great and the owner comes and cleans it every couple of days,. Overall we would stay here again and recommend highly!!

This property is a beautiful Spanish style home. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We had a very comfortable stay.

We came from Maine, as my mom lives in Bradenton to spend a week with her but wanted our own space as we have 3 kids. This is the best kept secret In town. The pool size is perfect for littles and it was quiet the entire time. We will be making this a yearly tradition and we are so grateful for the hospitality from Yani. Thanks again for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Very nice property and pool. Clean and neat. Met our needs nicely.

Great communication with the management company. Very clean interior. Extras such as chairs and beach umbrella are provided should you go to the beach. That was a very nice touch. The washer and dryer were an added bonus as well as there were many towels being used between the beach and the pool. Grill in the backyard came in handy for dinner. Queen bed was hard and not very comfortable to sleep on. If you don’t get good sleep it’s hard to enjoy your vacation. Would be nice to have some kind of shade over or near the pool. The awning that was there was broken and it was extremely hot to hang out at the pool. Wonderful to have a pool though! Close to target Walmart plus Publix Winn-Dixie Walgreens etc. and not far from Sarasota and other cities/beaches that you want to visit. We did not have any issues with the neighbors always quiet a few dogs barking across the way but otherwise low-key. No fans in bedrooms or any other rooms of the house. If you run hot or need a fan at night be sure to bring your own.

If you need a relaxing get away this is the place. Cozy care free environment with all the the cool things to do. Shopping going to the beach, the home pool. Plenty of places to eat you name. Wonderful place and area.

Great place to stay in Bradenton pool was clean and nice size for littles. Well stocked kitchen, clean house and well decorated. Owners very responsive, helpful and friendly. Only slight negative is short shower head. Everything else was great! Will stay again when down visiting grandsons.
