This was a great 3 bedroom house with a cute, heated pool and patio area! Very clean and great neighborhood close to great food, Target and other shops. We scored on location with this one! The owner was extremely personable and reached out to talk with us more than once! Would highly recommend!

From the moment I first arrived at this rental property, I knew it was going to be a great vacation. From the peaceful and inviting pool area to the warm welcome from our host, I felt right at home and excited for what was to come. The property itself was spacious and well-maintained, with all of the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay.
The owner, Chris, contacted me prior to my arrival to make sure I didn't have any special requests prior to my stay. I was blown away by the quality of the furnishings and the attention to detail shown in the décor throughout the property.
The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cookware and appliances you would need to make a delicious meal, and there were plenty of cozy seating areas outside for us to relax after a long day exploring the area.
I took full advantage of the Arizona sun in the pool area with the softer-than-soft saltwater pool that was pristine!
There are many restaurants, shops, and groceries available within a short walk of the home. I rented a car, but really didn't have to since the home was so perfect that I rarely left.
Overall, my time at Chris' property was a great success and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. The location is perfect, and you won't be disappointed with the amenities or the attention to detail that Chris has put into this stunning home!

I can not say enough good things about our stay!!! All the amenities of home plus more, fantastic location, super easy to get on and off the freeway. Less than an hours drive to the Superstition Mtns and beautiful lakes with great fishing. But most important is the host Chris is OUTSTANDING!! We stayed in VRBOs in Europe and the US, and Chris is by far the very best host I’ve dealt with. We will be back for sure!!!!!

We loved the property. The saline pool is heated, and we used it each day. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice. It’s a short, easy walk to the movie theaters and several restaurants. We will rent it again.

Beautiful clean home with a great layout. Felt like plenty of space for me and my three daughters. Fully stocked, even had some random toiletries we forgot to pack. The pool was a big hit with my daughters, and the big windows in the dining room allowed me to watch them swim while staying in the AC house. Owner was very available and made sure all of our home renting needs were being met. I would definitely rent this house again. We had a fabulous vacation!

The master bed was so comfortable we slept amazing. The pool was great. We swam often. The only thing I will say is the pool is set to 85. But the hottest it got on only one day was 81. And it was hot and 76 outside. It was still a little chilly when the pool was 78. The kids swam but adults didn’t. We kept the cover on the entire time when not in use. Maybe because it got so cold at night in December the heat pump had a hard time keeping it to temp? I’m not sure. But all in all it was still an excellent stay where we enjoyed x-mas with our family. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Chris go hawks!

Amazing Stay!
This is such a beautiful and cozy home. Had everything we needed and more. Very clean and everything was in great condition ! The pool was nice and warm even though it was a little cool outside. The owner was great and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

Excellent Getaway
The house and host exceeded our expectations. The pool was perfect for the kids and provided hours of entertainment. Chris was an excellent host and provided many extras that made our trip easy and comfortable. The house is located in a great area, close to shopping, restaurants and trails for biking and hiking. We are looking forward to coming back.

Everything was great- we had everything we needed plus more! No surcharge for heated pool was a huge reason why I picked this property. So glad I did, Chris has made this very easy and an enjoyable stay. The bonus twin pull out bed in living room was nice so the kids didn’t have to share a bed. We also liked the water conditioner inside! Kitchen has everything, plenty of room inside and out, and great location to any type of shopping you could want.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Everything was beautiful and the area is very peaceful! The house had everything you might need and the backyard/pool area was wonderful. Chris was only a text away if we had any questions and was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely stay here again!!!

The Perfect House and Amazing Owners
My husband is currently stationed overseas. My 4yr old daughter and I had to come back state side. We have been staying with family since we are stuck state side with Covid. We desperately needed break from everything. I’ve been burnt out traveling and she has had a struggle not going to pools, playgrounds, or anything that’s normal sense of life for her. This house was our sanctuary for a week. I loved every second of it. We swam an average of 5 hours a day. Didn’t have to leave the house for anything, but explored the area near us. The grocery stores, restaurants, and activities for kids is the best. We discovered our new addiction for Lakeshore Learning Center. They have so many wonderful educational learning activities, projects, and games. We bought a fort and learning books, so when we were not swimming we were building and learning. The house was so beautiful and relaxing. The neighborhood and neighbors are so welcoming. Chris, the owner, checked up on us to make sure everything was going great. He instantly messaged me back with any questions I had. Very accommodating. Such a wonderful family.
We Loved it so much, even my daughter was asking if it could be our house. LoL. I can’t wait to stay there again. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Thank you Chris and Kristina.

We had a lovely stay in this home and especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with - we would definitely return!

Great Stay!
The property was perfect for our family of 5. Quiet neighborhood, close to airport, easy access to the highway, clean, well-stocked with things like laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and even food! Nice-sized pool and plenty of outdoor seating for our family. The property owner was a text away and was awesome. I hope to make it back!

Absolutely incredible
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Chris's beautiful home, I cannot think of a thing we would change. It is so inviting and homey, we felt at home from the minute we got there. The pool and deck was very comfortable and perfect for spending very relaxing time. The beds are a dream, so comfortable. My husband loved the walk-in closet of all things (we have never had one) so that was a big deal, lol. Chris has thought of everything! It is on a very nice street and it is very quiet and private. There is lots of shopping very close by, TJs, Fryes, Sprouts, Safeway, Ross, Marshalls, Costco to name a few. Anyone who loves bagels must try The Bagel Guy, near Walmart. They are genuine NY style, puffy and light.

Excellent house to stay in!
My family and I were doing a road trip and one of the stops were in Arizona. This house caught my eye online and we decided to rent it. Chris has excellent communication and is very accommodating. The house is beautiful and everything you’d need is already there. The pool is a very nice size and our kids had a blast swimming in it. If we were to pass through Arizona again we wouldn’t have any second thoughts staying here again.

Chris makes everything easy and the home is the perfect space for our family to enjoy some quality time together.
