This was our 4th year staying with a Blue Moon Rental Property (2nd time in Seagull). The location and home are perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen had a generous amount of cookware/dishes/utensils. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this home is. On rainy days we enjoyed playing games in the covered area on the ground floor. This was the perfect place for our family to just "be". We beached all day, napped, laughed, relaxed, had no schedules, and made tons of memories. This home gave us plenty of room to enjoy each other and be together but also spacious enough that we could all spread out. This home had a variety of games, movies, and books to enjoy while staying there. We are planning our next Navarre trip. If the same amount of people come (8) next time we will absolutely rent this home for the 3rd year. If our family grows we may need a bigger place but regardless of the size of home we need, we will only be using Blue Moon Vacation Rentals. They make the trip from beginning to leaving simple, smooth, easy, and personal. Every home we have stayed in has been so clean and beautiful.

We enjoyed cooking meals in the complete kitchen while watching the water! Wonderful space with a colorful, cheery beach vibe. a wooden walkway takes you from your covered deck to your own place on the beach. This is my second visit, and it is a favorite spot for our family!!!

Our third time here, we love being right on the beach, away from the crowds by the condos and hotels. Walk right out to the sand and collect more shells or just stroll along the edge of the ocean or hang out in a beach chair. Great accommodations, comfortable furniture and everything you need. Just bring your clothes and go food shopping. Everything was clean and the sole small problem that occurred was addressed immediately by polite and efficient maintenance. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are a short drive away as is the National Sea Shore. Hit the zoo this trip and had a great time feeding the animals and the budgies. If you do want the crowds of typical tourist sites, Pensacola and Destin are close enough to drive to and enjoy.

Seagull was more than I expected. I prepared myself that the pictures most likely better than actual. Not true at all. The place was immaculate. The colors in the home beautiful. This is the second time our family has stayed at this property. We stay at VRBO properties for most vacations and this is one of our favorite places! Navarre Beach is a quiet community, with a fantastic beach. The beach is all white sand with the water being a deep aqua blue which looks more like the Caribbean than a typical Florida beach. The property is located right on the beach, with the a boardwalk connecting the main floor deck directly with the beach. We literally hung out on the beach all day being able to easily walk up to the property, get food and refreshments and head back to the beach. Completely relaxing! The unit is in great shape and is well maintained. We really like having the Master Suite on the 2nd level with its own private balcony overlooking the Gulf, with their being plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed with it being easy to cook our meals there. We hope to be back again and would highly recommend this property to anyone! Thank you!

This townhouse was absolutely perfect! It was immaculate with outstanding views and extremely comfortable. The walkway directly to the beach was wonderful. Navarre Beach provides an excellent retreat fir beach lovers. It is so much better than the crowded beaches east of Destin. Loved the unit and plan on renting this place in the fall.

Continue to Love this Property!
This is the second time our family has stayed at this property. We stay at VRBO properties for most vacations and this is one of our favorite places! Navarre Beach is a quiet community, with a fantastic beach. The beach is all white sand with the water being a deep aqua blue which looks more like the Caribbean than a typical Florida beach. Great location, quiet beach away from the condos and hotel. Clean and had recent updates. Kitchen cabinets could use a tiny bit more updating but everything works fine. Comfortable furnishings and big walk-in showers. Love the decks to just hang out and listen to the surf. Short walk to the beach, which is great, and close to the National Seashore. Shell collecting was wonderful. This was our second time here, and we hope to come back again!

End of the day watch the sunset from the living room deck while grilling with the family. Mere steps from the sand and surf. Far enough from the crowds to feel like our own little piece of paradise, but close enough to get into anything we wanted.
Plenty of room for me, my wife and 4 teenage to adult children. Very clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Owners were very helpful and even though we really didn’t need anything we knew they were just a phone call away. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our 3rd time to stay at Seagull, and, as in the past, it was a wonderful stay. We love the location and the layout works well for visiting family and friends. The property was clean, and had everything we needed. There were a couple of deferred maintenance issues, the main one being the decking out to the water. There were some screws that were sticking up from the wood that made walking barefoot dangerous. We had a couple of stormy days so we used the patio underneath the house to keep the kids entertained and noticed that some of the lights were either out or the fixtures damaged. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to spend 2 to 3 weeks just relaxing and enjoying the views. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Smooth check in, everything was clean & stocked with a starter set. We enjoyed our weeks stay at The Seagull 7803. We were there when TS Fred was on the way, we received helpful information about what to do in case high winds came. We were glad it missed Navarre! We will be back!

We have stayed in many other places at Navarre Beach. Lovely condo and great quiet location. Since being sixty-five and my husband older, carry luggage and groceries up the stairs was hard for us. We should have let our adult children do more of it. Great view from the deck and easy access to the beach. Would definitely come again!
