Home was newly remodeled, open and comfortable layout, very well stocked and the owners were fantastic. Responded quickly to questions and very accommodating when wanted to alter our dates. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was exceptionally clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The home is very spacious and the backyard and patio was wonderful to soak up the sun in the afternoon. We really enjoyed White Rank Regional Park and hiking there which is only 20 minutes from the property. Costco is close as well as shopping and theatres. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive to any of our needs while we were there.

Best Golden Girls trip ever!
This place and these folks are the best! The house is beautiful, I had to keep my mom from talking about buying it! It's in a great location where it's easy to get to lots of places. The layout, the things that are provided, all of it was absolutely top notch!

Beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. Back of home faces east looking onto a golf course. Enjoyed the morning sun & lounging on the patio. It was also a shady retreat to enjoy the afternoons & evenings. Great neighborhood for walking. Close to all kinds of restaurants/entertainment/sports. Home is super comfortable & well furnished for your every need. Our host was easy to contact if needed. We would certainly stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Fully stocked kitchen, with spices and extras in the pantry, very comfy beds, wonderful relaxing patio with BBQ and firepit. We had breakfast watching the golfers every morning. Host was fabulous too and everything was well thought out like they anticipated your every need.

We had an excellent experience renting this property. Camille is awesome, easy to work with and very responsive to our concerns. Perfect For Baseball Trip
My dad and I visited the area to watch my son play in college prospect showcase baseball tournament. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make it a comfortable trip. There was internet issues, however Camille and Byron we very attentive and worked with the local internet company until it got resolved. It was an issue out of their control so the attentiveness was greatly appreciated as I needed to do some work on your trip.
This was the first trip my dad has taken since my mom passed away a year half ago. This was his first experience with VRBO and all he kept saying was “I feel like the rich and famous staying here”. Thank you for making the first trip without mom an enjoyable one.

Sensational Sunrise
This was our second stay at this property. This year I discovered the amazing sunrise view. Once I saw the first one , I could not resist. My journal, a good cup of coffee and the view of the sunrise. I admit I am a morning person! So worth getting up for this morning show on the east patio. A little chilly? Just turn on the fire pit table. So cozy. Camille is pleasant and eager to do whatever will make our visit perfect. Loved our time in Sun City again this year!

Great home!
This is a beautifully appointed home in Sun City. Lots and lots of thoughtful details. We held a family Thanksgiving for 14 - chose the property specifically because the kitchen looked (and was spacious and well laid out with an oven large enough to handle the crowd. We did have to bring in an extra table and chairs from a relative who lives in the area, but other than that we had everything we needed.
The patio and propane fire table were a nice treat on a surprisingly chilly Thanksgiving evening.
We would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

This house has everything!
We rented this home last minute due to a sudden death in the family. Usually, we do a lot of research due to the fact that one of us is confined to a wheelchair.
Our apprehension disappeared as soon as we walked in. If you forgot something, you’ll find it’s already there. The location is perfect for whatever you need or want to do. Everything in the house is user-friendly. No wondering if you messed something up. You can sit out in the patio and watch golfers as they play the 9th hole-very friendly atmosphere.
Even though we were not there on a pleasure trip, we found many amenities that we had not found in other rentals who advertise as wheelchair-accessible and come up very short.
We can only hope that this house is available on our next trip.
