Diese geräumige 1.200 Quadratmeter große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet Platz für sechs Personen und verfügt über eine aktualisierte Küche, Kingsize-Betten und Bergblick. Im Herbst 2018 wurde der Hauseigentümer durchgehend mit neuen Fußböden und Farben renoviert. Es liegt im Herzen des River Run Village, so dass Sie nur wenige Schritte von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und regionalen Veranstaltungen entfernt sind. Ganz zu schweigen davon, Sie sind nur drei bis vier Minuten zu Fuß von der Hochgeschwindigkeitsgondel entfernt.

Loved the location of this unit. Close to elevator and right next to laundry room.
However I was disappointed that the fireplace wouldn’t work. And the living room tv only had one channel, and the master bedroom tv didn’t have any channels. One of the living room remotes didn’t even have batteries.
Enjoyed the location to the Gondala lift

This is a large property which was great for gathering with family. The location is great for skiing. Lots of restaurant options nearby also.

We stayed four nights over the Thanksgiving weekend to celebrate with friends. The condo location is great in River Run and close to everything. Unfortunately, the management for this unit was horrendous. On the evening before our stay we were notified via text that the building heat would be off. Our initial reaction was this is unfortunate, but maintenance issues happen. Then advance forward to our second day, we notify Summit County that the heat remains off as well as a new issue with no hot water on our first and second full days. Not being able to shower until your third day is both gross and completely unacceptable. We tried to start the fireplace and it was out as well. We finally got in touch with someone and they delivered one space heater. This did just enough to keep the pipes from freezing but the entire unit was absolutely freezing. We asked the maintenance person that arrived with the space heater to look at the fireplace, heat, and hot water. He said he ‘just delivers’ and we would not be getting anyone else to arrive. At this point we left numerous voice messages and texts and received no responses. Our only response was there were building wide outages to the heat and boilers and pushed the blame to the HOA (consistent with numerous other recent reviews). Upon returning home I contacted Summit County after several attempts and they informed me they would not be able to refund my stay since heat was considered an “amenity.” I understand the fireplace might be considered an amenity but I expect a roof, heat, door and other basic lodging requirements for a stay in the mountains. During our stay outside temps ranged from about 5 degrees to mid-20’s. Needless to say we froze. Summit County told me after my stay that I should have checked out and went elsewhere if I was not pleased with the accommodations. First, how would I have done that when you won’t respond and I’m past my non-refundable date. Ne

Staying in River Run makes it easy to walk anywhere. The lift is a few minutes walk. All the info is in the guestbook and the garage parking spot was super convenient! The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. Would stay again.

Had 4 people get in and stay for a few days while hitting the slopes. The apartment had everything we needed to include all kitchen utensils.
Parking was a breeze and the heated underground lot proved useful since a storm rolled in while we were there and the other amenities helped make the trip super enjoyable and memorable.

I have not heard back from the manager regarding the heat issue in our unit. We didn't notify them until two days before we left that there was absolutely NO HEAT in our unit; that was the same day that there was NO hot water due to a problem. We have been home a week and a half and I still haven't heard anything. We love Keystone; and we hate to say anything; but the hallway was freezing; (air on and it was 30/50 outside) and the in unit heat did not work. Jason went and talked to someone in the basement about this; he called, left a message and I texted. He never received a call back and I was told the issues would be fixed by Thursday afternoon and the HOT Water was. I just hope that in the future we can receive a response back immediately. Thank you!

Stayed 2 nights in this clean, spacious, well-equipped 2 br 2 bath condo which was priced reasonably for just the 2 of us (be quite a deal for 2 couples). Right in River Run so it is convenient for access to restaurants but a little noisier than other places we've rented in Keystone away from River Run. Since it was on the 4th floor the elevator was appreciated and the underground parking spot was great (we have our bikes on our car at night so it is more secure). Condo was nicely updated and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall this place was beautiful! The balcony needed to be cleaned however as there were MANY nails, and other hazardous items all over it as if the roof was done recently and no one ever cleaned up all the items that fell over onto this balcony. Also the cleaner’s obviously don’t move the furniture to clean as there were lots of large crumbs, large fuzz balls and dirt underneath.

We were within walking distance to Keystone’s gondola, Epic Rentals delivered our rented skis to the condo. The condo had great storage for winter gear including a ski locker. This condo is spacious and the beds are great. The entryway cubbies were great for all our gear. It’s a quiet corner property and the kids enjoyed the rec room. The water was shut off for a few hours but we were notified and it didn’t impact us. Location and access to the mountain can’t be beat.

Great unit in a great property and location. Everyone enjoyed accommodations and close proximity to the mountain and restaurants etc. We come every year and this was one of our best accommodations yet.

Overall the property was average. I enjoyed my time at Keystone but the property itself and the check-in process could have been better.
Positive:
- The location was amazing, a short walk to the gondola.
- The condo had some nice views and was roomy.
- Hot tubs were nice.
- Lots of bars and restaurants right outside of the complex.
- Humidifiers were included.
Negative:
- The check-in process needs to be more efficient. Technology has advanced to where there shouldn't be a need to drive and pick up physical key cards that were located down the street. This process seemed archaic and a little bit of a waste of time.
- The entire complex was extremely hot, including the condo when arriving. I overheard multiple people stating the same in the elevators and hallways.
- The shower was lukewarm the last day we were there. It would not heat up.
- The unit was fairly dirty under the beds, closets, and behind furniture. It seemed like a quick cleanup job was done to flip the unit without any attention to detail.

We visited Keystone from Wilmington, NC and stayed for six nights and the location couldn't have been more perfect! Walked to River Run Gondola every morning at 8:30am to be the first on the mountain. The walk to the gondola might have been 3 minutes! And also being in the little village with access to shops and restaurants was so much fun!

Excellent condo in fabulous location. Fell in love with the slopes at Keystone. Condo was very nice,clean and they thought of everything to get us started. It’s expensive to be able to walk to the gondola but worth it to us for our vacation. Time for new throw pillows and master bedspread. We do not recommend Kickapoo Tavern but liked Zuna much better!

First, It's not all bad. It was a very nice condo. No complaints there. However, the place was freezing cold and the door to the advertised balcony did not open so we couldn't use said balcony. We were told later that the main heating boilers were not functioning properly. I would assume for liability reasons they could have reached out to us to let us know before we arrived. The property management company has done little to nothing to resolve this matter.

Condo was in a great location and was very nice. Issues we had - first morning we couldn't get hot water (I think it was a boiler issue & they came to check it out but said it wasn't an in-unit issue), the master bedroom sink clogged up the second day and we wish the fireplace would actually radiate heat as the living room got cold in the evenings. Would I stay at this property again - yes.

The parking situation is ridiculous in Keystone. The fact that there is an ENORMOUS parking lot out front that you can’t park in overnight makes absolutely no sense. And the Keystone greed requiring you pay $25 for parking between 2-6 am in other lots is disappointing. If you have one car and no visitors it’s great, but that’s not typical. And this was off season when no one wants to be up there anyway. Ridiculous.

Great location to the village and river. We love that we can get on the bike path that circles Dillion lake. Easy access to pool, pool table. Condo had lots of space for our party of 5.

The location of the condo is perfect! Maintenance knocked on our door daily to follow up on items that needed to be fixed...leaky toilet, blinds that had to be replaced, dripping faucet. One of the bathrooms smelled of urine which was really disappointing and reduced the pleasant time at the condo.

This condo was all we expected and more! It was very spacious for a family of 5. It was also spacious enough to host our friends vacationing with us over for dinner. The condo and property was very clean and well maintained. It was in the center of the resort and a close walking distance to everything, including the gondola/lifts. The balcony provided you with an amazing Mountain View. The condo was supplied with 2 humidifiers and fans. The Crepes were amazing at the Crepe Stand. The grocery store on property had everything you needed along with souvenirs to take home. We had an amazing time at Keystone Resort and would definitely recommend this place!
