Schöne historische Gebäude komplett renoviert mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten und Aufzug, ist das Gebäude komplett brandneue innen, aber mit Originalfassade außen auf populären Huertas Straße, ganz in der Nähe Prado, Thyssen und Reina Sofia Museum und dem Palacio Real (Königspalast), in der historischen Innenstadt Zentrum von Madrid, dem berühmten Barrio de las Letras.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, plus zusätzliche Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer. Viel Licht und Klopfen tupfen mitten in den Ereignissen. Das Schlafzimmer ist nicht ganz privat. Es hat 3 Wände. Sie können es gut in den Bildern sehen.
Ich habe für den letzten zehn Jahren in Madrid lebte, froh, die besten Plätze zu helfen, die sie in und um Madrid zu besuchen. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben der Plaza de Santa Ana. In der Nähe der Puerta del Sol und der Plaza Mayor und den Museen. Sie können zu Fuß bis nach La Latina, Mercado de San Miguel, Gran Via und auch zu Parque del Retiro.
Die U-Bahn U-Bahn-Station ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, so dass man leicht Madrid bewegen kann, sowie ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Atocha Bahnhof, von dem aus Sie bequem die High-Speed-Hochgeschwindigkeitszug AVE nach Toledo, Segovia nehmen kann, oder längere Ausflüge nach Sevilla, Alicante oder Barcelona.

My husband and I had the most positive experience at this location. To start, the host is nothing but amazing. The moment we booked the location she was in contact with us, giving us advice on sites to see, making sure our check in was easy, all of it. She made checking in and getting situated so easy. Next, the room itself. The space is perfect for a long or short stay in Madrid. You have all the necessities and it’s clean and cozy! Finally, the location. It’s in the most perfect area. Restaurants and cafe’s everywhere! You will not be disappointed with this stay. I highly recommend!

The apartment could not have been more perfect! There was plenty of space, two sets of French doors in the living/dining room which let in ample light, a good-sized refrigerator /freezer, microwave, and washing machine. There were plenty of spices, olive oil, teas, coffee, etc. to get us started. And, the location of the apartment could not have been more perfect. It was in a very central location close to many yummy cafes, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. I would NOT hesitate to return to this fabulous apartment OR recommend it to others! Look no further; this IS the place to stay!

This is a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Madrid. This apartment was a perfect spot for our family to explore Madrid! It’s within walking distance of the Prado and other sights in central Madrid, near the Metro, and is an easy walk to several nightlife spots. Highly recommended!

From the apartment, my husband and I were able to walk everywhere: Prado Museum, Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real, Mercado de San Miguel. There are 3 plazas in adjacent blocks: Angel, Matute, and Santa Ana. Typical with city life, the streets can be noisy. Closing the balcony doors helped a lot but bring earplugs if you’re particularly sensitive.
All the essentials were provided: kitchen items, hair dryer, linens, towels, shampoo. Because we pack very light, the clothes washer & dryer were very important! It's a combo unit and a bit tricky to figure out; had to Google the manual. Basically, using the 30 minutes cycle was all we needed.
Gorete and her assistant, Alicia, were easy to work with. We had a moment of panic when my bank shut down my credit card in error. Gorete and Alicia suggested how to fix the problem. As an avid traveler, this has never happened before. Lesson learned: use Skype to make the collect call to your bank. Collect calls cannot be made on mobile phones and apps like WhatsApp are useless for this.

Keeping in mind that Madrid is an urban city, I’d recommend carrying earplugs. Overall a wonderful experience. Ask Gordete about a local guide. Beatrize showed us the city one day and on another, her background in art history was especially valuable when she toured us through the Prado.

Home away from home
After encountering a 7 hour delay in Frankfurt and multiple text exchanges with Gorete we finally made it to our little haven in Madrid. I cannot say enough about Gorete’s hospitality. We were moving our daughter to Spain for university and with Gorete’s guidance and reassurance we felt very confident in our decision. The apartment is perfectly located within walking distance of all of the wonderful plazas, restaurants and shopping that central Madrid has to offer. We will definitely make her properties a priority and look forward to many more magical adventures in Madrid.

The very best!
Can't express how much we love staying Gorete's property in Madrid! We spent time there in February 2019 and returned again February 2020 for another two weeks. In addition to the lovely apartment itself and to Gorete who reached out several times to make sure we were having an amazing stay, the location is simply perfect...a short walk to the Prado and all tourist sites. And shopping galore. Love Madrid, love this apartment, and love Gorete! Thanks for your kindness--we'll be back.

Great stay in Madrid
We had a fabulous stay in Gorete's apartment. It was so well furnished with lots of extra touches to make it even more comfortable. The later checkout was very much appreciated too as we had a late international flight back to Australia - and it would have been much too cold wandering the streets!
