We had a great time and the VRBO was a perfect setting. It was comfortable and clean. Everyone enjoyed their stay. It was close to where we needed to be. The family was very impressed by the beautiful home

The unit is nicer than the pictures indicate. It is clean and well stocked. Communication was great. The area is safe and vibrant with coffee shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We visit Dallas quite often, and this place was a gem that we hope to return to in the future. It is in a charming area of uptown called State-Thomas. The home is tucked away off the street, so it is quiet and feels very safe. We had a car that we parked in the garage, but you could definitely walk to a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, or grocery if you needed to.
The home itself was lovely with everything you would need including kitchen tools, coffeemakers, tons of towels and blankets, and every kind of toiletry you might want. All the beds and furniture were really comfortable, too.
It was an especially good set up for us because one of the bedrooms is downstairs, so my adult daughter could have her own space. The master bedroom and bathroom were very large and had lots of storage space.
We can't say enough good things about this townhome, and on top of that the owners were wonderful to work with. They were really responsive throughout the process and during our stay to answer questions.
We would wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone visiting Dallas!

Five family members (all ladies) gathered from different parts of the country for a reunion. We were very comfortable- enjoyed both eating in and lots of great meals out. Appreciated the area and ability to see the sights. Sharing a bed was not an issue as we had two sets of sisters. The double (vs King) could be snug for some. Owners were great, place was clean and we’d stay there again. Can walk to Whole Foods, restaurants, Katy Trail and easily take Ubers/ Lyft other places. Can confidently recommend.

We booked this property in March, checked with the owners in June to make sure the air conditioning was working after seeing a review that it wasn't , arrived on our date with the code to enter that was sent to us, and we couldn't get in.
After we got a hold of the owners we were told that they were sorry, and they don't know how this happened, but the time we booked was supposed to be blocke d-- that they were rennovating the home and it was inhabitable.
So there we were -- 6 friends from high school -- and no place to go. After contacting the emergency VRBO number, we were told 24 hours later that they couldn't find us a place to stay.
We luckily were able to impose on a friend in Fort Worth for one night, and after 5 hours of searching, I was able to a find a VRBO -- one that was more expensive and not in the neighborhood that we wanted. I had to change all of our reservations and our plans.
Needless to say, it was a huge inconvenience. We were refunded our money in full but had to pay in full for a more expensive place that I had to find on my own. Not very happy with this place or VRBO!

The alarm in the Master bedroom went off in the middle of the night Not sure why. Luckily figuered out how to shut it off. Garage door clickers don't work. Air conditioning kept shutting off, 82 degrees is too hot.

Perfect Uptown Dallas Condo
We came as two couples to uptown Dallas to just spend timea together after 20 months apart due to pandemic. Location was perfect (walking distance to great restaurants, museums and Whole Foods!). The condo was great - very clean and well decorated and furnished with everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to questions and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

I usually stay at Marriott properties and decided to take a chance on this place, & I was very impressed with this diamond in the rough! Very comfortable and had a great kitchen!! This place even has a 2 car garage, which was an unexpected perk! The master bathroom was fantastic with an amazing garden tub with jets!! I will gladly stay here again!!

The layout is over 3 floors, so there are some stairs if you have kids. The kitchen was usable and well stocked with tools, appliances, etc. There is a Whole Foods that's an easy walk, if the weather is nice this is a great area for walking, it's a very safe family-friendly part of town. The 3 bed, 3.5 bath layout is great for adult groups, all rooms have private full baths. The host is attentive and quick to respond. I felt more confident about check-in than I feel with some Hotels! The check-in was of course problem-free.

The Perfect home in the perfect location!
We couldn't have asked for a better stay for our first time in Dallas! The place was exactly as advertised, if not better! Very clean and updated and had everything we could possibly need for our stay (shampoo/conditioner, kitchen supplies, blankets, towels, etc). It was raining the entire time so it was an added bonus that there were 2 large umbrellas for our use. Being able to park our rental car in the garage was also a plus. On top of all this, the neighborhood was adorable and we felt very safe! We were able to walk to a ton of different restaurants, bars, shops, and the Katy Trail so the location was convenient. Would highly recommend staying here.

Peaceful Place for an Intense Week
I stayed at this cozy Uptown home with my two children, ages 22 and 14, along with my mother for 8 days. We needed a place that was close to Children's Medical Hospital where my children could recover from appointments and procedures. This home was perfect and meet all our needs. My mom stayed in the room downstairs and immediately commented on how cute her room was decorated. She enjoyed daily walks in this quaint and safe neighborhood. My mom discovered several restaurants in the neighborhood on her walks. We picked up pizza from State and Allen one night. It was amazing!! This home has many comfortable aspects from decorations, comfy beds and plenty of blankets and towels. Having a bathroom for each room along with the half bath on the main living floor was super helpful. Thank you Pau for being such a responsive host and giving my children a place of respite from all that they had to endure. We loved staying in your home!! We are hoping to stay here again when we return this year.
