Klassisches Strandhaus in Kalifornien, 1 1/2 Häuserblocks vom Strand in Ocean Beach entfernt. Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Es ist in der Nähe von Hundestrand. Zwei Zimmer und ein Badezimmer. Beinhaltet einen ausgewiesenen Parkplatz. Es gibt ein großes Bett im Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnzimmercouch im vorderen Raum verwandelt sich in ein zweites Doppelbett. Beinhaltet eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Kühlschrank, Internet und Fernseher. Dieses Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und ist eines von vier Cottages in einer privaten Umgebung. Ocean Beach liegt nördlich der Innenstadt von San Diego. In der Gegend gibt es viele gute Restaurants, Surfshops und Strandbekleidungsgeschäfte.

The location was absolutely perfect! The bungalow was exactly as described and had everything we could possibly need. The bathroom was a little dirty but nothing a few Clorox wipes couldn’t fix. My husband, teenager and I had an amazing time. Would definitely visit again!!

We loved the location. I didn’t feel like the rental was as clean as I hoped. Landlord was very attentive to my needs. We did enjoy our stay very much !

Easy to stay here. Clean. Close to beach, restaurants, bars, etc. Quiet neighborhood. In the flight path but really didn't bother me.

Everything was pretty much perfect for what we wanted. Two things i would address would be the cleanliness of the unit and the beds. At first glance its clean but as i plugged chargers and moved furniture slightly i must say it was pretty grimy. Behing tge couch, the dining table, and bed side table were pretty gross. I just wiped it down though. The beds are not comfortable. The full in the bedroom sinks pretty bad.the pull out gets stuck and is also oretty uncomfortable. It's just a little old and broken down i think. The 4 year old didn't mund though. The full bed is just way to soft and sunken to get a real goodnights sleep.
Outside of that... the location was awesome and the over all comfortablity was great. It was cozy and cute. Easy access to the beach and shops. Relaxed patio area. Plenty of dishes and cookware for a long stay. Minus no ice machine or ice cube trays the kitchen was perfect. We will definitely stay there again!!!

This cottage was perfect for my short trip to San Diego. It was very clean the bed was comfortable the WiFi worked great, short walk to beach and restaurants. I would HIGHLY recommend this awesome cottage.

Although most folks in this neighborhood are relatively young, we had only very positive interactions. Discovering the Dog Beach (at sunset) was great fun for us (& our old dog who seemed to 'return to his youth' as he interacted). Our only problem was a 'key lockbox' which we could not get back into its nook. But all of the interior decorations and kitchen utensil and even leftover coffee grounds were great !

The property came as listed, it is in ideal location and is more than suitable for a small family, would not be big enough for more than 2 adults.

Glad I found this little cottage. It is walking distance to everything you need. Coffee, food and the beach !! We talked down to the beach multiple times a day just because we could. Maybe a 5 min walk.
Yes you can hear planes but they were not to bad.
With no AC it is pretty stuffy but it didnt take long to cool off when we opened all the windows.
Parking is tricky. We have a Ford Explorer and if all the cars around spot were there we would have had a problem. Smaller vehicles would have been no problem.

A great spot if you're looking to spend time at the ocean or downtown. Clean and comfortable. We had an excellent stay, Ira was easy to contact and was fantastic to communicate with, the place was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc.
Two things to note: There are a lot of flyovers from the airport during the day, but they end by 11:30 pm and then the area is quiet. Parking can be a little tight if you're in spot #4, but given that street parking is almost non-existent, having a place to park in that area is a huge benefit.
Bottom-line: A wonderful place to stay.

Stayed here for a tennis a tournament at Barnes. Location was great for the tournament and was a 5 min walk to the beach.

This property is one of four on the lot. Parking is easy. Place is fine for two to three people. Very pleasant stay- close to all OB amenities. Would happily stay again

My Husband, Son and I stayed at this property to visit our daughter! great walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and you have your own parking space which is a total plus so close to the beach!

Small, clean, tidy. Communication with Ira was great, and quick to respond to a couple of questions. Easy directions to cottage, easy to get in. Wifi, tv, amenities (dishes, glasses, etc) good and even had some sandwich bags and saran wrap! Cold water from fridge was a blessing! Kitchen island on wheels a great idea, so we could move it slightly out of path of pull out couch. Decor is sweet, rooms lovely. Caution that the cottage seems to be in flight path to/from airport so it can get a bit loud on occasion. Wish list: that the main bed was a bit more firm, and taller (sitting on the edge of the bed means sitting on the edge of the wooden frame). Pull out couch is great as a couch, but a bit awkward to actually sleep on as a pull-out bed. Great use of space for 1-3 people! Thanks Ira!

Lastly, a home directly out of the bedroom window has a dog that barked constantly two nights in a row followed by a loud, angry argument between the occupants. It was very scary. This was not on the VRBO property, but negatively affected the experience. Beware the excessive noise at this rental from low flying planes and neighbors. We could only stay 2 of the 5 nights we had reserved -it was so bad. To his credit, the owner did agree to a 2 night refund but not the full 3 we couldn't stay. We really wanted to love it.

Was great walking distance to shops, bars, and the beach! Was a fun cozy space to hang out as well.
Everything was great and easy to fun! Plenty of blankets and towels for us to use!
