Great location. Friendly informative front desk staff. Great breakfast. Opted for the bigger room with mountain view which was awesome and had a nice balcony. Mini fridge. Bar/restaurant downstairs. On-site parking with additional across the street.

Ciasa Lorenzi exceeded all of our expectations. We were always greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, particularly on reception. The room was beautiful with lots of nice touches. The breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of food. Would highly recommend as a place to stay and would stay again. Very good value.

The staff were lovely (except one). The breakfast was delicious, copious, varied and extremely well presented. We used the bar every night and enjoyed the space very much as there were 9 of us in the group and 2 were staying at another hotel so we were able to meet in "our bar". We had our first night's meal at the restaurant there and it was delicious, by far the best meal we had in Cortina. Our room was comfortable though a bit small, but our sunny balcony made up for the close quarters. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel.

beautiful place, newly renovated, very nicely done with alpine look. breakfast was very good. staff was terrific, giving us excellent advice about what to see in the area.
the breakfast setup was a little awkward though we got used to it, the food was good and the service very good.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel and rooms, fantastic food, and lovely staff. We had a great time at Ciasa Lorenzi, everything exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it. We will be back! Grazie allo strepitoso staff per le loro attenzioni e pazienza :)

The reception was very nice . The hotel good located, you can walk to the central of city. we can parking in front of the hotel with no charged
Because the bacony was close to next room so you heard noise from next room. About 11.00 pm , I still heard very loud noise , I can't sleep :(

Beautiful property in central location in Dolomites and in Cortina D’Ampezzo. The decoration of the property is very pretty and the staff was friendly and helpful. Stunning views from the balcony (and from the town in general). Wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of variety.
Parking was limited on Friday morning due to local market in the parking lot they recommend for use. Luckily they have a few parking spaces next to the hotel and we were lucky enough to get one on Thursday evening.
The young man working in the restaurant refused to even acknowledge us when we went by to ask a question in the evening and again ignored us at breakfast the next morning.

The location was ideal , minutes away from shops. Just a charming hotel in a perfect location with a great restaurant. We had breakfasts and dinners there and the food was excellent . Lucia at the front desk was delightful and so helpful for all our needs . We had a lovely room looking out at the mountains tastefully decorated . Everything about this place was superb !

Absolutely stunning location. The hotel has been designed beautifully in the Alpine style. our room had a huge and beautiful balcony with a view to die for. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
You couldn’t open a window so the door to the balcony had to be left open at night as it was hot, which wasn’t a huge issue but it was a little noisy in the morning from the traffic.

Location was great to be able to rent skis and reach the Faloria ski area . The staff was wonderful. In particular, Lucia was exceptionally helpful and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Excellent breakfast and you wake up to a gorgeous view of the dolomites from the balcony. It's also a family run hotel so you get a very homely and welcoming feel. Special thanks to Lucia (hope I got your name right) who was really helpful with providing tips on where to see etc (and what not to see! We ended up not heading to lake sorapis on their advice cos it was too dangerous). We also had some issue with our car and she helped a ton. 100% recommend coming back.

Hotel location was great and staffs were super friendly.
If you are willing to spend a little extra, the Spa deal was amazing especially after hiking all day - we had the whole Sauna/Steam room for ourselves with snacks/drinks included.

very nice staff, give me lots of info about the ski run. Just 100m next to the bus stop and ski shuttle. Excellent location! The bar and restaurant provide fabulous food you should book half board here!

I came late at night -1 oclock. And took me 15 minutes to come in since the front desk was closed officially.
A great hotel to stay. Cozy room to stay with great staff and great vew.
