We arrived along with tropical storm Ophelia and found a clean and comfortable place to watch a storm affect the beach and Sea Isle City. Our view was fantastic- churning seas, high tides under a waxing moon and high winds too! The beach erosion was astounding but the area of the house was very safe.
Along with the view the house afforded a fantastic kitchen to home cook and comfortable bedrooms for all. Jim was a very attentive host, checking in regularly and even offering tide charts and weather advisories.
We may not have had the sun filled vacation we had hoped for but we saw a side of mother nature and the ocean that not many get to see. Thanks for an interesting and comfortable experience.

Million Dollar View really does have a million-dollar view. This hands down was the best ocean view anyone in the groups has ever had. All of the mattresses were comfortable. The home was extremely clean. Jim really made the vacation by suggesting the beach wheel chair. It made our trip so much more accesible for my mom. This house had every amenity you usually have to remember to bring. What an amazing touch! We were so impressed that I am copying a lot of their ideas at our VRBO. Amazing time, wonderful host!! Do not look any further, this place is perfect!

We had an wonderful stay. The location of this property cannot be beat, and we so enjoyed being right on the ocean. The property manager, Jim, was incredibly attentive and helpful from the minute we decided to rent. And the house is so well-equipped....they have thought of everything, and it is all labeled and well-organized. We would love to stay again soon. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. Our family appreciated being beach front with easy access to grocery stores and the downtown SIC scene. The property manager/owner was attentive and communicative and the house was exactly as listed - spacious, clean, and well equipped for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kiddos). Highly recommend!!

The view is amazing! The house was immaculate and so well stocked. It comes with everything you can think of. They even provide all paper products, soaps, cleaning products, etc. Quick walk to the beach. Quick drive to stores and restaurants. Jim is super nice and quick to respond to questions. From initial booking to checkout day, Jim stayed in contact with us to ensure we had the best experience. His home has expansive views of the ocean and you feel as if you’re outside enjoying it even from the couch. You can’t ask for a shorter walk to the beach with children, it’s easy to run back and forth for all of the forgotten items and snack breaks. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 4 children to all be together in the family room and kitchen and spacious bedrooms for all of our things. Everything is already stocked from dining/cooking supplies and cleaning essentials to beach chairs and well marked through the house. Being away from the busiest part of town but still being able to walk to a few restaurants and the corner market or for ice cream was perfect. Overall a great family beach trip and we can hopefully come back again soon! Thank you Jim!

What a great place to stay at in Sea Isle City! Very clean and cozy! It has every kitchen appliance you could think of to make it an easy house to cook at. The view is breath taking. We had so much fun and made so many family memories here. Owner was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Looking forward to staying here again.

We stayed during peak summer season.
The listing accurately reflects the property, so I'll add a few things you may not know:
- The house has most bedrooms (and the very large upper floor living room and kitchen) facing the sea with very large sliding doors. This means you can spend all your day (and, in our case, nights sleeping) with the ocean breeze,
- Eating on the outdoor upper floor deck while watching the colors of sunset and dolphins in the water is incredible.
- We didn't need any beach chairs, umbrellas, or anything - the house is so close to the beach you can just go out in the morning for as long as you want, come back in when it gets hot, go back out in the evening. Not having to carry everything to the beach and sit in the sun was unexpected and very very appreciated
- Local places we liked other than the usual: Green Room Catering, Shore Break Cafe, Steve's Grilled Cheese, Diamonds Liquor, Mike's Sea Food, Acme (solid BBQ-ables!), Cape May Winery (nice outdoor eating - good space for the kids)
- Linen service was very useful - we got sets of towels and a crib and everything was so easy.
You really can't go wrong staying here - it's going to live up to all your expectations of an on-the-beach house. I cannot recommend it strong enough.

Breathtaking view.
This property allows you to be at the beach without all the sand. You are right by the ocean and can hear the waves all night. Sitting on that breathtaking deck at all hours is quite a luxury. All bedrooms and kitchen allowed three generations to come together for a memorable time.

My family, ( parents, siblings, in laws, children all loved this house! What a lovely place to reconnect with each other and the beauty of sea isle. We all left more peaceful and bonded. Can't wait to go back next year is already booked!

Bliss on the Beach
Stunning. Picture perfect in every way. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. Jim had me prepared for a seamless check-in. This was a 5 star vacation that I will be booking again! Highly recommend!!

Amazing property for a family vacation
This was an amazing property for a week getaway with family. Having booked other listings in the past described as "fully stocked" we were a bit skeptical, but this place was truly complete with everything we could possibly need for a great beach trip. This location is perfect with amazing views and 1 min walk onto the beach. Jim is a great owner who clearly takes pride in his property and helps to make for an easy renting experience. My only complaint is the beds being extremely uncomfortable, leaving me a bit sore after sleeping on them all week.
Beds aside, I would definitely consider this property again if I find myself in Sea Isle City again.

it's definitely all about the view
The view from the property is really quite impressive. We watched the dolphins play as the sun rose right from the balcony and could be on the beach in just a few steps. Onsite parking was abundant and the house had room for our group. The few negatives were that the labels all over the place really detracted from the ambiance. There were literally labels on every surface, including inside the showers and on the toilet roll holders. Like one of the labels said "there's a reason for every label" but they were a bit overwhelming and not super helpful. I mostly stay in properties from the other major rental company, and when an issue arises, such as a broken coffee maker, the host responds with an apology and a new coffee maker the next day. With this property I received no response when I mentioned that the coffee maker does not work and the remote for the speaker was missing. So fair warning to the next guest...although the individual pod coffee maker does work it's a refillable cartridge which was a bit of a hassle when making enough coffee for 5 in the morning. Another tip for future guests is that there is no water filtration system in the fridge door or a Brita system inside the fridge, so aside from bringing your own sheets and towels you'll need to bring your own water or drink tap water. So it's not a luxury stay but it's certainly a million dollar view.
