VOLLMÖBLIERT UND GUT ERNANNT 1-Schlafzimmer-Wohnung im Erdgeschoss zu vermieten. Schöne Holzböden, viel Tageslicht, alle neuen Fenster, A / C, Kamin, Waschmaschine / Trockner in Einheit, private Terrasse, ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Einheit.
Mein Musikstudio befindet sich auch in der Wohnung (in einem von der Miete getrennten Raum), die ich an einigen Nachmittagen pro Woche zum Üben von Klavier und Gitarre benutze. Es verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, jedoch keinen separaten Eingang. Beide Räume sind verschlossen, wenn ich nicht da bin und sind nicht Teil der Miete.
Dienstprogramme, Highspeed-Internet, Fernseher, Apple TV inklusive. (Kein Kabel, aber es gibt eine Antenne für lokale Netzwerke.)
Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen: Swimmingpool (Mai-Sept.), Whirlpool im Freien (ganzjährig geöffnet), Tennisplatz, wunderschön angelegte Grünflächen, nahe gelegene Parks und Wanderwege.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, eine Kommode, Nachttische, ein eigenes Bad und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.
In der Nähe von Medtronics, Qualcom, Lockheed Martin, IBM, Crispin Porter und Bogusky, Celestial Seasonings, Avery Brewery, Asher Brewing, Element Bistro, Café Blue, Tods Espresso Cafe, King Soopers Lebensmittelgeschäft, Twin Lakes Wander- und Radwegen, Boulder Reservoir, 2 RTD-Bushaltestellen (1 Block entfernt).

This place is immaculate, and the owner is very quick to respond to any questions, no matter how trivial. For example, I did not understand how to start the clothes washer, and she offered to come right over (on Sunday night at 9 pm!) to help me. Fortunately, we were able to start it using FaceTime. But that is just an example of how she's willing to help make your stay just perfect. Very kind and also well organized!
I found everything I needed for my month long stay right in place - very efficient. And the fireplace was so warm and welcoming.
The location is ideal - minutes away from great food in Boulder and Longmont. We were not familiar with Longmont, and found all the retail we needed as well as several really good restaurants.
We also enjoyed Coots Lake, Twin Lakes, and Boulder Reservoir - all within an easy drive. El Dorado was a little farther (30 minutes) but not to be missed either!
I sincerely recommend you stay at this property. It is centrally located, minutes away from Diagonal Highway, and quiet, clean, and comfortable!

The condo is set in a park like area a few minutes north of downtown Boulder. Lots of walking trails connecting with the Boulder County trail system. In the same neighborhood as Leaning Tree and Celestial Season Tea. Unfortunately both were closed due to Covid 19 restrictions., as was the pool.
Grocery store and a few restaurants are only minutes away.
The condo was live-in ready with everything you'll need. Exceptionally clean.

Wendy was a wonderful host. Her place is filled with lots of natural light, beautifully decorated and in an optimal location —minutes from Boulder and local hiking. The pool and local parks were an added perk.

This condo was exactly what we needed...a neat, clean, nicely appointed unit located only a couple of minutes from the grocery store and five minutes from my daughter's house. There is a park & playground on the premises and a few hiking/bike trails nearby, including the Twin Lakes Regional Trail. If you desire trails with elevation, you can find them nearby beginning in the foothills on the West side of Boulder.
The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen has all of the dishes, pans, silverware, etc. we needed. The TV is connected to the Internet so Netfix and Hulu are available (assuming you have an account with them). Parking is close and plentiful.
It was a pleasure meeting Wendy (the owner). During our stay, we had a number of conversations with her before and/or after her music lessons. I encourage you to give this place a try, but only if you promise not to book it during times I plan to visit again. :-) :-)

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who stayed at the condo.
When my parents were looking for a place in Boulder they were looking for a place that would be quiet and private and would fit their budget. Wendy's place was great! She always clearly communicated when students would be coming.
Initially, my parents were a little afraid that she would have students over who would play very loud music. However, it turned out that Wendy taught mostly kids who were great at playing the piano. My parents liked that!
They also commented with me that the condo was really clean and in great condition. They were impressed by the utilities that were available in the kitchen.
Before leaving I asked them if they had anything negative to say about their stay at the condo or if there is anything that could be improved. They said "no" and that I should let people know that this is a great place to stay at.

This place was perfect for me! Location is quiet and only 1/2 mile from my needs and just a few minutes to Pearl Street. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. Wendy is friendly and great with logistics! I would definitely stay here again.

We spent two months in this beautiful condo. The photos show it exactly as it is and it is very clean. The Gun Barrel area is safe and pleasant with wonderful walking, biking trails. Wendy is very congenital and accommodating! We would like to go back to this condo!!! By the way, the kiddos & parents coming for lessons are quiet & respectful of your space.
