This was a wonderful place to stay! Walking distance to town and in a beautiful peaceful setting. Appreciated the easy check-in and check-out process.

The location is great, it's under a 10 minute walk to downtown which is great because we we're going back and forth often. also, it's a couple minute drive to Billings Farm & Museum and some great hiking. The house was very clean. Bed was a bit firm for our liking, shower had great water pressure; all in all, no complaints.

Property is well-located for walking access to the main shopping street in Woodstock. It's in a quiet neighborhood with views of open farmland. Everything we needed for a weekend stay was provided.

This was the perfect size for two people. Great location to the center of Woodstock. Very clean and quiet. I wish there was outside space for us to enjoy our morning coffee but otherwise the place was perfect for us. We will definitely stay there again.

This is a cozy 1 bedroom with a great proximity to downtown Woodstock. My husband, baby and I walked everywhere! Everything was clean and orderly. A few things to note to the property manager. We had trouble using the wifi listed in the welcome binder,, we were grateful for the window air unit in the bedroom as the week we visited was record high temps, it would be helpful to note in the description that there is no tv

Loved walking around the area and so pleasurable to cross the bridge with the welcoming views. Very close to the main streets of Woodstock Would have appreciated a heads up about shoes not being worn on the carpet ahead of time as we did not see that note until we were in the kitchen area. Nothing was tracked in however, we always want to be respectful of the owners instructions. Still very cool mornings in early June. Bring something warm to snuggle in as the heat is off at this time of the year.

We rented the carriage house for a ski getaway. The location can’t be beat - walking distance to town and Billings Marsh NPS. House was comfortable for family of 4 with 2 kids sharing pull out couch. Ping pong table in basement and river views were a great plus! Minor issues like broken bathtub drain and sticky doors. I would stay here again!

This property is perfectly located in a quiet area in the heart of the village. It has all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. Rachel is a kind and wonderfully responsive host.

The town of Woodstock is dreamy. Just beautiful and magical. We absolutely loved our stay. The accommodations were wonderful and the host was so attentive and helpful during our stay. We suggest to add a TV to the living room and a few touchups/small repairs thruout the space, but otherwise it was just perfect. And the ice creme pints were a very welcome surprise!!

Rachel's Carriage House is a lovely and comfortable home for a small family or couple to enjoy a few days in Woodstock. The location of the house is perfect, within very short walking distance to the village as well as hiking trails. The home was well kept and clean, with all the basic necessities including laundry and full kitchen provided. Rachel is a responsive and gracious host. We look forward to our next trip and stay.

Comfortable and clean carriage house, easy walking distance to Woodstock Village and right next to Billings Farm - so many great things to do just next door!

A friend and I stayed at this great spot for the weekend. It’s a lovely apartment in a perfectly walkable location. Very comfortable and well-appointed with wonderful views. We’ll be back!

If I could post the pictures I took, you would see that the views from the bedroom and living room are completely obscured by trees. The pictures in the post must be many years old. Also several of the pictures are of the property next door. The wifi comes from the property next door and was non-functional unless my computer was in the bedroom near the router. We couldn't sit in the living room and veg out with a movie and a glass of wine after a day out seeing the sights. I called the owner and she refunded one night of the stay. She said she would have someone out to fix the wifi but that didn't happen. It seems she lives far away and has not been to the property to update the photos in years. That said the property was very clean and had great walking access to downtown and Billings Farm.
