The house is amazing! The location is amazing! You are away from everything but still able to Uber to the restaurants and entertainment.

This house was amazing. It easily accommodated our large group; the home is decorated beautifully. Very large rooms; comfortable beds plenty of space. The heated pool was a plus; we enjoyed every single room of the house. The staff was first class. Right on the ocean; all views were fabulous. It was the best vacation ever!

Great size, layout for our family gathering. Double appliances (i.e. cook tops, ovens, refrigerators, washer/dryers) and large sitting areas really make a difference. Excellent ocean view and easy access to beach. ONLY drawback... no gas grill?? We made due with the weber kettle grill provided, but the fact the owner invested in all the appliances in the house and passed on a nice big gas grill was a little disappointing, especially in a location that is a little more remote where you should plan on cooking most nights.

The great room in the second floor is the best great room of any beach house I have ever stayed in. A large table sits on one side with views of the pool and the middle section has 4 nice chairs for chatting and the far side is the large TV area with very comfortable couches. On the non beach side is the kitchen that I wish I had in my house. Two fridges, two dishwashers, 2 sinks, 2 range combos all with a 25 foot island with seating for at least 10. All the bedrooms are great with attached baths and the extra half bath connects to the pool patio. The elevator is a nice touch when you have a ton of gear to move to the third floor. This was our second year in this house and we have already booked for 2023.

It is clean and the location away from the bustling hoard is good for our group. This summer we saw dolphins each morning, a few rays on our evening strolls and a tortoise. The younger kids love the pool, but the lack of a safety fence is dangerous, considering drowning takes a minute. The house is needing some TLC from the wear and tear that comes with a rental and from a seaside locale. Check in is Saturday at 4:00 PM and check out is the next Saturday at 10:00 AM, making it a short week.

None of the doors to the porches worked properly. One of the doors was screwed shut when we arrived and did not know not to open it. All three items could not be fixed quickly so were to be fixed after we vacated. We also enjoyed many beach walks to the convenient and nearby Bon Secour National Park/Refuge. Coastal Comfort is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home that offered a welcoming feel. Every detail of this home was thoughtfully considered to offer a memorable vacation stay! Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals offered a pleasant, responsive, and professional experience and one of the best rental companies we have dealt with over our 25 years vacationing at the coast!
