This property is beautiful. We loved the location. There is a great dock in a cove away from the main lake traffic. The kids could swim without the worry of boats coming close. 100% the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. This home had lots of space and everything my family needed. I would rent it again.

We have stayed here several times and have enjoyed it each and every time.

Often overlooked is the easy access to the dock. People with limited mobility need to consider this home. Only a couple of steps from the main floor out the garage and it’s a gentle slope to the dock. You’ll not find a better house on Keowee.

We had a wonderful stay at the lake! The house was perfect for our family of 12 that included two teens and two babies. The house was very clean and well supplied with clean linens. The master bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms always had hot water available. The kitchen was very roomy and allowed for several adults to be cooking and preparing at the same time. There were ample kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and crockpot, which was greatly appreciated! The yard, firepit and cornhole was a big hit. The lake was absolutely lovely and the cove was quiet. I would love to return and would highly recommend this lovely home!

My 3 siblings and I enjoy having a week together outside of the holidays. This was a great experience with nieces and nephews and grandchildren in a beautiful location.

This rental is amazing. Very clean. Lots of bedrooms for a big family enjoy. Big yard to play games in. Fire pit to sit around and enjoy s’mores. Amazing view of the lake. Plenty of docks for boats and swimming. The water is very clean and clear. The owner is very quick to respond for any needs. Will definitely stay again!!

Gene and Judy’s place was perfect for our family trip between Christmas and New Year’s. We had 6 adults and 6 kids. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there was an abundance of towels for the 3 bathrooms. The AC/heating system easily maintained a comfortable temp throughout the house. Our families really enjoyed the canoe, and the entire property is gorgeous. We felt the home owners’ touches of hospitality all over the place - clearly they want guests to be comfortable and enjoy themselves. We went into Seneca for shopping and a couple very good meals at G’s pizza House and Mayberry’s. We also visited Clemson’s beautiful campus and did a lovely hike to Station Mountain Falls. Best of all though was relaxing at the fantastic house together, doing puzzles, watching Jeopardy, making s’mores at the fire pit, and playing in the yard. Gene was quick with communication, answering our questions and giving us extra details on what to expect at the house. Hope we have a chance to return!

We could not have asked for better home to stay in to celebrate our first holiday without our parents/grandparents. The younger ones enjoyed kayaking and playing soccer in the back yard. The rest of us enjoyed hanging on the porch playing card games or just hanging out. It was a bitter sweet weekend that we won’t forget.

The home was in great shape, very clean, many beds to use and quite comfortable. The kitchen had everything in it you may need. The kids loved using the kayaks and canoe. Many small Sunfish kept the kids happy fishing, although plan on using a boat if hoping to readily catch larger fish. Very quiet area. The only minor drawback was the main living area is a little tight when trying to get everyone around the TV for an evening football game. Would readily plan another back trip to this great house!

Our party of 8 stayed here and everone loved it. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We definitely plan on returning.

The porch is great, and the grassy yard is great for the kids and yard games. We had 3 families with us. Plenty of room for Kids to sleep. The adult bedrooms are not all equal, and only two have private bathrooms attached. 4 bathrooms total in the house. The kitchen was great, and the host easy to work with! All Amenities were as described in the listing! We plan to Come back next summer!

Wow! We have stayed at numerous lake houses on Keowee over the years, but this was by far our favorite! Age range in our family for the visit was 17-70 and everyone loved the home and had a great time. The property is beautiful with loads of space and privacy. The house is spacious and perfect for multiple guests at once with everything you need for a week long (or longer) visit. We had 2 boats with us and the dock had plenty of space for them as well. We have already said we would return! Thank you Gene and Judy!
