A great location and a fantastic condo for relaxing. The host outreach communication was proactive, accurate, and appreciated. Everything you could want, and more, was organized and readily available in what my family described as the best vrbo we have ever stayed in. From the high end furnishings, great linens and towels, well equipped kitchen, and organized "extras", everything you need is here. There are nice touches like tennis rackets, balls, fishing gear, coolers, etc. available for use. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and views of the lake and wildlife. While the condo is quiet and peaceful, you are not far from any number of restaurants or excursion you may wish to enjoy.

Wow sums up our experience...this unit and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. There was not one thing we needed that wasn't provided. The "Lake Life" theme is every where - feels like a 5-star hotel. Extremely clean, exceptionally comfortably, and gorgeous views. We didnt want to leave.
The communication and special touches from the property manager were like icing on the cake. The amount of communication and level of detail was spot on - we felt informed and supported throughout our stay.

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the lake, Great Lake views from the porch, convenient access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
The property itself was very clean. The place was also well stocked ( towels, coffee, soap, dishes, etc.), quality furniture, and personal touches that made the stay that much more comfortable. The property easily accommodated the five of us and could easily handle 1 more.
Check in / Check process was very easy.
We will be visiting again.

This is a 6 star property. The thought that has gone into making this a home away from home was so well executed frankly I was amazed. My favorite VRBO we have EVER stayed in and I can’t wait to return. No detail was missed from creature comforts to electronic charging stations to snacks to coffee to bedding to a very accessible property manager. It made leaving our daughter at college a much easier process. Thank you for letting us use your home!

This place is amazing and has anything and everything you’d need. The decor is beautiful, and it’s one of the nicest places I’ve rented. This was rented for a girls trip and we had a fantastic time. Plenty of room, lots of books and games. Owner communicated timely and checked in frequently to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. If you’re looking for a top-notch place on Lake Norman, book it now!!

We've visited North Carolina quite a few times but this was our first time visiting Lake Norman. What a wonderful experience and it was made even better by our stay in this condo! Joanne really made this condo a home away from home. You can tell she takes pride in making sure her home is a comfortable, wonderful experience for her guests! You have everything you could possibly need and more! Nothing was forgotten! Beautiful updates, clean as could be, and what a beautiful view of Lake Norman while sitting outside on the comfortable outdoor furniture. We were truly impressed how super clean every little bit of the whole apartment was. The kitchen was spotless, well equipped and stocked. The beds were comfortable and the bedding nice and clean. The bathrooms again were spotless and equipped with everything you need. Great view on the lake. The owner is super responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed staying at this apartment and would come back anytime. We can highly recommend it!!

Loved the apartment! We stayed for the weekend to visit my son. Did lots of cooking and the kitchen was so well stocked -- they had fantastic stuff -- muffin tins, cookie sheets -- even a hand mixer! I was able to make all sorts of goodies while we were there for my son to eat (and keep after I left)! The apartment was spacious, it was clean, the beds were so comfortable -- and the pillows were fantastic. Also, it was too cold when we visited, but if we were there in the summer, they had fishing poles and tennis rackets for visitors' use as well which was a super thoughtful touch. Just outstanding service and a beautiful home.

This is one of our favorite condos on Lake Norman. Amazing lake views from living room, patio and primary bedroom and the neighborhood has a nice boardwalk for daily walks along the lake. Easy check-in, convenient parking, super clean, quiet neighborhood, ideal location between exits 25 & 28 off highway 77 (tons of general services like gas stations, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc. are located between these exits) and from the condo it's an easy drive to locations throughout Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Mooresville, and uptown Charlotte. If you are looking to stay in this area this is the place to rent!

Fabulous Fun on Lake Norman
From start to finish, renting this property was smooth sailing. Owner and property manager were meticulous with returning messages and keeping me up to date with information about our stay. The condo was immaculate from top to bottom. Extremely well furnished and stocked with items for all our needs. In addition to being clean, all the beds were super comfortable with quality mattresses. All the other furnishings were in excellent condition and comfy. The patio was one of our favorite spots to relax with a stunning view morning and night. The outside was clean and well kept. Both adults and children had fun in the pool which included plenty of tables, chairs, and umbrellas. The property was very peaceful, while only a short trip to a variety of stores, eateries, and parks. This is our fourth VRBO and this property ranks as number one. I would rent from this owner again and again. Thank you for opening your home for our family to have a delightful week together. Excellent choice for anyone!

Went on a girls weekend getaway to Lake Norman. We loved this Condo. Joanne and Tina gave such great attention to detail. We arrived to find coffee , candy and snacks awaiting us. The Condo was spacious, comfortable, clean and well organized. Everything was labeled and easy to find. They thought of everything. Great comfy beds with good linens, nice towels for bathrooms, toiletries under the sinks if you forgot something. This condo is in a great location, close to the restaurants , shopping and parks. My family enjoyed this property so much. It was spotless, wonderfully stocked, and beautiful views. The owners thought of every little detail to make this such a stress free stay. My kids were trying to convince me to stay forever. The location was great too. We will definitely stay again of we are in the area. Oh and the beds are super comfortable. Thank you!
