The studio was steps from the beach and had everything we needed. We used the grill and outdoor table for breakfast and dinners with a perfect view! Location was awesome as we could walk or bike to Belmont Park and Pacific beach & the bayside. We had a great time and our host was helpful with answering any of our questions. Thank you so much!

This property is in a great location, it’s clean, and well stocked! Outdoor patio area was fantastic to BBQ, lounge, and eat. Be aware the parking spot is down the block. Also neighboring properties are under construction which starts getting noisy at 7:30am. Not an issue if you’re able to keep doors closed, but AC unit requires door to be open wide enough for hose to fit through… The only thing we were missing is a place to hang beach towels & swimsuits to dry.

The property was everything Will promised and more! He is such a thoughtful host. He thought of everything including some much appreciated snacks. The condo is extremely clean, well equipped and truly just steps from the beach. Our visit was everything we wanted it to be. Extremely relaxing.

You will never beat this location right on the beach and also easily walkable to other attractions. The inside is very clean and updated. Loved the shower. The host was super kind and went beyond what was expected. As a senior couple we decided not to drive in San Diego and he picked us up at the airport and took us back with no additional charge. We will rent again. Five stars plus, no question about that.

I loved that we could open the door, walk out a few steps and be on the sand. Property manager was very helpful with questions when needed and they have a lot of nice added touches that make your stay more comfortable. Full size shampoo and conditioner, red solo cups, ice, extra sunscreen in the bathroom vanity etc. If we come back to this area we will definitely be looking at this spot again.

Pretty quiet neighborhood. Oh and beach….. my FAVORITE PART! Gorgeous! It was clean soft sand and not overly crowded when we were there the first week of October. Very relaxing. Loved our stay.

Truly amazing. We don’t usually spurge on our dwellings in San Diego, but this was definitely worth it and plan on staying again. Very upscale and a perfect location. Everything we wanted and needed.

This was a surprise birthday week visit for my wife the owner has great communication he helped me arrange some nice flowers and a card to be in the room when we arrive to surprise my wife it was awesome. Any questions or anything I needed I was just a message away and he was there. The room was perfect had everything we needed had the windows open to get the fresh cool air from the ocean. No complaints definitely will message the owner again for another state possibly next summer. Thanks again
