Our stay couldn't have been better. If this place is available, book it. It's exactly as described, steps from the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, listening to the birds and sea during the day, and frogs at night. It's 30 min to San Juan, 10 mins from El Yunque, with an almost private beach. The security is always walking around, we felt very safe. It was far enough away from everything to be tranquil, but close enough to everything we wanted to do. If you see the little blonde stray dog in the complex, give her a little snack and a belly rub- we would have taken her home if we had more time.

Loved this place! It was really nice and enjoyed it a lot. It was comfortable and inviting. It’s a quiet apartment complex which was perfect! With pool and beach access. Our hostess was very kind and communication was great! Will stay again.

We were a little hesitant about the property being outside the city of San Juan, but the feeling quickly changed. We had a wonderful time. The area felt exclusive. The condo was very clean, everything worked. The washer/dryer was noisy but very handy. It included chairs, and beach towels which were very necessary. The check in was easy. We were able to buy necessary supplies from local supermarket (Econo), which was approximately 15 minutes away. Local restaurants very easy to get to and was very good. I would definitely recommend for people that want to be away from the hustle and bustle. The coconut trees on the beach were a big plus, provided nice shade.
