We had family come in from 3 different locations and this house was the perfect place for everyone. 3 'master bedrooms' each with it's own bathroom were ideal for parents, and the other 2 rooms were perfect for the kids. The bunk room was smaller than expected so we swapped rooms and had kids share the two queen beds which worked great. Plenty of space for all and the kitchen was exactly what was needed to make dinners every night.

Lovely house with great accommodations and amenities right in the center of Isle of Palms activity and across the street from beach! Had pool too. No elevator, so if stairs are not your strong point, look elsewhere. We all really liked this home and would return.

We had an awesome time. Rooms were spacious and nice. Location was perfect! There could have been more stocked items though. Toilet paper was almost out. Paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc had to be purchased by us. Also, no beach towels and when traveling via plane to get somewhere you don’t want to pack a beach towel to take up room.

Large and spacious for our team of five, everyone had their space. beautiful view of well Christmas-decorated Ocean Blvd. Had easy access to the ocean. Evenings were a bit too loud, there is a restaurant or bar right across the street, was a bit hard to fall asleep.

Other nights too but not as loud, closest beach access is through the Windjammer bar area but there is a much nicer one next to Casa Margarita.

This house was beautiful inside. The outside shower is an enclosure beside the parking area that is under the house; therefore, sunbathers can take a shower and then go upstairs without being seen. Located on the corner of Ocean Blvd with beach access across the street beside Windjammer. Several great bands played there Thurs-Sunday but the music stops at 10:00. Several restaurants & coffee shop are within walking distance.

We had the most pleasant experience staying at Ocean 1001. The house is very cute, spacious and clean. Island realty was very easy to work with. If we had any questions, they were quick to respond and help us out! House is equipped with keurig, regular coffee and blender, plus laundry. We also enjoyed the multiple patios! You can see the water from them! The near-by area is very fun - fun restaurants to check out (we tried Lawerence and Coconut Joes!) and had fun at the Windjammer right across the street. Plenty of beach access areas nearby, and the beach was beautiful!

The house was absolutely perfect, from the location, furnishings, decor, balconies and roof top deck! I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again! If I had one criticism, it would be the TVs could be updated. The cost of the rental is pretty steep, so you would think they could spend $300 on a new smart tv for the master bedroom instead of the old tube tv that is in there.

The house was nice but there were issues. The entry code lock was not the easiest thing to work. The stove top was not that great, so we ate out more than we planned. The washer didnt work. Cost us one day of vacation time. We had planned on washing and packing on friday. We had a 13 hr drive and return to work was Monday. I suggest washing something the first day. The jetted tubs took 3 cleans where they didnt run fifty water and they were not clean in general. We showered and cleaned the sand out of those.
Now I'll address the location. Poor location. They park tour band busses in front of the master bedroom street side, noisy. The bar is loud. The bar patrons fight right Olin front of your bedroom window. You cannot see thr ocean well. I'd never choose this location again. Down the road a good ways would work.

We all had a great time. The house was at a good location and well equipped. By way of feedback the kitchen had two dishwashers but the one in the island did not work. The other one served us well. Being a bit older the one challenge was all the steps but being up is necessary during storms.

This is a nice house that we have now stayed in for four straight years. It is clean and well-appointed (with the exception of too-firm mattresses in some of the bedrooms). The house was a more reasonable value when we first rented it in 2017, but the demand for Isle of Palms rental home seems to reflect the lack of alternative vacations.

After almost 18 months of not traveling out of state due to Covid-19, we were very much looking forward to our week in the south. SC and IOP are wonderful areas. Our rental was ready when we arrived. Linens were provided along with some necessities like toilet paper and paper towels etc. The house had a strong musty/old urine smell downstairs that we noticed immediately. I called the Island Realty office to let them know but never received a call back. Several of the bathroom fixtures were loose and borderline functional. The house looks newer in the pictures but has some wear and tear, especially in the kitchen. TV in the great room is practically on the ceiling and very difficult to watch without straining your neck. Great location for beach, bar access but noisy, especially on the weekends.
