Nice place for a family vacation. Not fancy but very nice.

The accommodations were just what we needed, clean, roomy, and convenient. It was just as described on the website. You can’t really ask for more than that.

We had a wonderful time the pictures were accurate. It was clean and a wonderful view of the pool and ocean. We would definitely go back.

We have stayed in this unit before and were very satisfied with it both times. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The view is amazing We highly recommend this property. It is a quiet property, well maintained and good for families. Management and Maintenance are very good, very responsive.

The condo was excellent and the view beautiful. A pool, a beach and centrally located to lots of activities. Highly recommend it.

The condo was clean, spacious and reasonably priced. Really enjoyed our stay and the heated pool was a bonus.

This place presents just as it is pictured. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. The air-conditioner stopped working but Meghann (property manager and Kevin (maintenance guy) were on top of it until it was fixed. We appreciated their quick responses. Pool is great/ not much beach area-lots of trash. In fact as a whole we were disappointed in the beaches at the Keys.

A few things need corrected to make the condo more comfortable - 1) single bed that is along wall needs adjusted. No reason to have to climb over someone to get out of bed. The mattress need replaced ASAP. The foam add on is the cheap way out. 2) The twin bed slats fell completely onto the floor and would not stay in place. The mattress had to be put on the floor to be used. 3) Small ants invaded the kitchen every night and all bags of chips, bread, cereal had to be put in the fridge. Maintenance never showed up to correct the problem when addressed. 4) Add tvs to all the bedrooms. 5) upgrade the couches. They are worn,old and ready to move on. 6) the A/C was way to high and the condo was hot when we arrived. It took all night to cool. 7) Light switches turn nothing on in the bedrooms 8) just make a binder for the rules. The entire condo did nothing but make fun of all the notes and rules everywhere. It felt like we were in pre school. 9) Have daily towel exchange even if it costs more.

We had a great time, very clean, very nice. I would suggest noting it is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator access, if someone had a disability, they would have never made it.

The condo itself was ok. I would not recommend this complex for families with children. I was disappointed in how dirty the beach was.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. With three kids, we really appreciated the spacious condo and plenty of beds (including giving my teen his own room). The pool was excellent--big, sparkling clean, and warm. The ocean views from this unit were astounding. We knew what we were getting into in terms of the beach (it's not our first time to Marathon), so the seaweed didn't throw us. We appreciated how far we could go out in the ocean and still have it be shallow. The grounds were pretty and well-maintained, and my kids enjoyed the tennis court. Beyond the property, we enjoyed the aquarium, the Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Nature Center, and local restaurants. There are so many open-air options in terms of attractions and dining. We hope to come back to the Royal Plums for our next Keys trip!

Was very pleasantly surprised with our unit!! It was so homey and decorated so uniquely!! The veiw was spectacular and the Ocean, Beach, and pool were so inviting you couldn't resist sitting out on the balcony! We left our patio doors open as the sound of the waves made us feel like our room was part of nature!! What a stress release. I have highly recommend this unit to several of our friends. We have had multiple inquiries after seeing our posts on Facebook. Only bit of a down side was the Mattresses in the back bedrooms. They could stand updating but wouldn't let that be a decision maker. We loved our stay!!!

Condo was clean and the beds were comfortable the view is amazing.It is a very relaxing atmosphere.Would rent this condo again.

clean, cozy unit. comfortable. did not have to have any real communications with unit manager, so the 3 star is neutral. maybe could use a Keurig?

We really enjoyed our time here. Came to just relax for a week and it was everything that was promised. Clean condo with everything we needed and a gorgeous beach and pool view!

We had such a great week with our 2 college aged kids. So much space in the condo. Loved the location. Beautiful night walks on the beach... was perfect! We had everything we needed from beach towels to coffee maker. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again if we are ever back down in Marathon. Also very wonderful booking experience. Very responsive owners made it very easy to schedule a relaxing vacation. Thank you!

It was absolutely perfect! Beautiful views! Pool was nice and the beach was gorgeous. Great swimming and fishing right in your backyard.

This condo has a good location with a nice view of the pool and ocean beyond. There were always wonderful breezes so we kept cool in the 80 degree weather. The condo is decorated insort of a beach shabby chic and while it is funky, the decor grew on my husband and I in our week long visit. All other residents of the condo were friendly and we found many good places to dine out. I'm very picky about cleanliness and I found this unit to be clean. Even though we were in the Florida Keys, we never saw an offensive bug in our unit or anywhere around the grounds. The grounds keeper does a great job of upkeep and the office manager was friendly.

Great time quiet place would definitely rent here again,Property manager was very helpful.

Great trip

We so enjoyed our stay in Marathon and were very happy with our condo at Royal Plum! What a welcoming place. Our condo was so cute and homey! Can’t beat the location: right on the beach! Perfect!

We enjoyed this trip. The condo is nice and tidy and the property manager and maintenance man were very accommodating. I do wish the layout of the condo was different as the master bedroom is actually 2 beds. We ended up putting our kids in there and took a smaller room that had a queen bed that was a little cramped. The water wasn’t great most of the week as sea grass made it murky and Stinky. We ended up driving to other beaches in the Keys Overall very quiet quaint place that was a relaxing trip for our family.
