We come to Bethany Beach every year since 2009. The past three years we have stayed in this condo complex. It's about a 10 minute drive to the beach. A bonus is there is no additional fee to use the pool. The pool is nice and clean and has never been packed.
This was our first time staying in this house and we would definitely stay here again. We had 2 older kids with us and they stayed out in the sun room which kept them away from their younger siblings. We had 2 small complaints, the first one was when we arrived the floor was still sandy but it wasn't a big deal. Maybe a vacuum could be available for guests to use. The second was there is a no cancellation policy, with COVID around, you never know what's going to happen. We did buy the travel insurance but we usually don't. Overall, we had a great stay! Thank you!

The house was in good shape and clean. A cozy fit for four adults and four kids. Location is a short drive to Bethany and the main beaches. The pool was nice but had some strange restrictions (no food?). As avid cooks, we found the kitchen to be lacking in some basic things, like cutting boards and containers for leftover food. Also, a few of the windows do not have screens. Finally, having to drive to the rental agency to pick up and drop off the keys after the beginning/end of the long drive was a drag. That said, the agency was very responsive and helpful. Other than that a good value for a family beach vacation.

Master king bed was like sleeping on a cloud..so comfortable. Not a thorough cleaning done before our arrival though.. dusting was not done and the main level floor was swept but not mopped. Our toddler is learning to walk, and just minimal steps, and the bottoms of her white socks were dirty. Could be cleaned better, but overall, great unit for families.

We had a lovely stay! The property was well equipped with everything we needed, including some pleasant surprises (beach chairs, corn hole, sand toys, a cruiser bike, and a picnic table). It was a short drive to the beach and downtown Bethany. We stayed in a good deal due to the pandemic, so we were glad to be somewhere with room for my family of 5 to spread out a bit. The beds were comfy and the space was functional. We would stay here again!

Fantastic spot near Bethany Beach
We were a small group of five friends that stayed at this home near Bethany Beach. The house was situated in a quiet community no more than two miles away from the shoreline.
The house was very spacious, and the pictures were very accurate. Inside the house, everything was easy to find and in good condition. All the essentials in the living areas, bathrooms, to the kitchen and the grill outside worked well. Check-in and check-out was very simple, no problems getting in or out of the house.
Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay near Bethany Beach.
