If you have kids, bring a white noise machine because people party all around! I already knew that from others reviews so my kids slept through the night. It was a great little house and I would definitely go back!

Incredibly clean when we arrived. Steps from the beach. Absolutely perfect for a family with dogs because not only is there a screened in porch, but there is also a small fenced front yard. I'm so grateful that these owners are willing to rent to people with large dogs. We always bring our golden retrievers, so are careful to keep them as quiet as possible so they don't disturb close by renters. We bring extra sheets to cover furniture so as to not leave too much dog hair behind. I'd encourage other renters to do the same, because it's so important to have rental properties like this continue to be available to those of us who want to bring our large dogs along with us.

We all really liked the little house. Comfortable adorable squeaky clean and fabulous location— about two minutes’ walk to the beach! Great porch and little fenced yard that we — and the dogs — enjoyed so much since the weather was perfect for hanging out outside whenever we weren’t at the beach!

It was grest until we had new people stay right behind us. They were day drinking all day and until 3 or 4 in the morning. Needless to say we could hear them carring on all day and night. Nothing we could do to stop our youngest from hearing all kinds of foul language. We struggled with sleep and we had some explaining to do to the youngest in the morning. Other then that it was a great little place. Unfortunately we had horrible neighbors and the little cottages are so close together it does not give you alot of options if put in this situation.

We were steps away from the beach walk. Sunrises in the morning, then back to bed! :) Very clean. We would love to return when/of time permits.

Cottage was clean, bright, cozy and private...also well heated during an arctic cold snap during our stay. Location is amazing just yards from the beach and close to bars and restaurants in Dewey Beach. You can walk up to Rehoboth along the beach in under 45 minutes. Private parking helps greatly! Definitely hope to stay there again.

The location was as described, just steps from the beach and restaurants on a quiet street. The property owner was so accommodating too, worked with us to switch our date when we had a conflict. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for the coastal Delaware running festival. The location was perfect, and the home was adorable. The house as well as the town was very dog friendly which was awesome for our fam and our pup. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a wonderful property. A true beach cottage! Location couldn’t be beat! Even though the weather was less than ideal, we enjoyed our stay immensely. Truly don’t need to drive once you arrive, although we did head into Rehobeth to do some exploring. Will definitely be back! Oh, and the dog said thanks, as well 😊

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I to take our dog for a beach trip. The owner was very responsive; the coffee pot was broken and she had a new one sent ASAP. The only suggestion would be to add additional information about where the parking is. Maybe a picture. Will definitely return again someday!!!

We had a great time and plan to return! It's a little pricey with 1 bathroom but its cute and has a screen porch. Cars will park and block your view but that's Dewey. Find parking where you can! We some AC issues but resolved it while communicating with the property contact.

Great locations steps from the beach

2022 was the sixth year that I've rented this cottage and loved it again this year. Clean, well maintained, nicely furnished, & cozy, with a location that cannot be beat. I plan to rent again in 2023!

This was our third year at this cute house. We love vacationing here! The owners are wonderful and you can’t beat the location. Our dogs enjoy the property and the beach strolls every morning and evening. Everything we needed for comfort was there, and we are looking forward to a trip back next summer!

Overall we enjoyed the stay. Excellent location and cute little house, despite being due for quite a few minor upgrades that would have made the stay significantly more enjoyable. Dripping faucets, outdated shower fixtures, ripped and breaking patio furniture etc. I expected more for this rate, particularly since linens and paper products were not provided. However, we did still enjoy our stay and the location can’t be beat.

Awesome location to the beach. House was very pretty and relaxing. The only problem we had is we booked too early. Several restaurants were still not open.

Cutest of cottages with plenty of space. We are empty nesters who brought our dogs for a weekend beach getaway. We were a house away from the beach entrance & about 5 houses to all the great bars, breweries & restaurants. Chris was very accommodating.!

Quaint little cottage just steps away (two houses) from the beach entrance. Park your car, unpack your bags and groceries, and let your beach vacation begin! A walk down the road, in the opposite direction, has stores and restaurants, it's a cute little town and less than a mile away from Rehoboth. We would recommend this nice little cottage, with a screened in front porch, if you want to be next to beach. We had a great time! Thank you C. Scully and VRBO!
