Nice house, had extra things like ping pong table & a shuffle board table for the kids. Like the golf carts & bikes.

The place was very clean and had nice amenities like the 2 golf carts and bikes to ride.
We enjoyed the beach chairs and towels provided so we did not have to pack them . The bedrooms were nice . For our teenagers the bunk bed room was a little small so probably more for smaller children. Oceanside is a nice family neighborhood

We had three families of friends, all with teenage boys. The game room in the garage is a perfect hangout space. All families had great sleeping spaces (king beds in 3 rooms!), so could retreat for quiet times but also plenty of spaces to congregate and enjoy each others company.
Tony is a very conscientious host. We would definitely stay there again. The house is top notch!

Great property with plenty of space for our family group of ten, but the beds on the main level are in need of replacement. We found provided the towels and linens lacking on quality and quantity. The included golf carts are a big plus and necessary for the distance to the beach. Parking is a bit limited at the gated community beach parking lot. The location is convenient to plenty of options for eating and supplies. The house is located in a very nice part of the community.

I have only the most excellent superlatives for our week at Tony Roncase's home on Georges Bay in Oceanside Village. The home is beautiful, well maintained, AND spacious (we had 3 adult families, including 5 children under the age of 11)! The amenities were as advertised. If I had any questions/concerns, Tony was quick to respond and "handle" my concerns. I'm not sure how one could find a better place to stay in South Carolina!

We loved our stay! We’ve stayed numerous times in this housing community and we love every visit we have.
Ron’s house was immaculate and exactly what we expected. We had 9 folks with us and we had lots of room to spread out! Every bedroom as nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchens were both well stocked. We absolutely loved the shuffleboard and ping-pong tables in the garage! We spent lots of time enjoying the recreation room since the weather was rainy for most of our stay.
We highly recommend this property. We hope to return in the fall.

We booked this property last minute and we were not disappointed. The house was loaded with great amenities including golf carts that we were able to drive right to the beach. Tons of fun inside the house and in the nearby area. Will definitely be back to this house with more friends! Tony the owner is great!

My family of 11 had a great vacation while staying in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more. The golf carts and location to the beach was very convenient and prevented us from having the hassle of loading up cars and finding parking. The home was very comfortable with each family having their own space and beds. I highly recommend this property and the host was very responsive throughout our time there. We look forward to our next vacation!

The property is well maintained and beautiful. Back patio overlooks water and is very peaceful. We enjoyed coffee every morning. 2 sets of washers and dryers which is a huge plus when you have a large family staying. My 86 year old mother loved the bottom level and riding the golf carts. My teenagers loved the beach and the Conch Cafe'. Highly recommend this property.

There were a few issues when we arrived from previous renters, however the property owner was very helpful in rectifying as best he could. The house is in a great location, has an ideal layout for larger groups, and has a lot of amenities. It’s a great option for a fun-filled beach stay.

Overall we were pleased with the accommodations an ease of check in / check out. The listing and photos were as described and we had zero issues in accommodating 2 families for a long weekend. This was a great home to stay in for a large group! Very spacious and plenty of rooms, beds , and bathrooms. The kitchen well supplied with all you needed. A great amenity are having golf cart and bikes to get back and forth to the beach. All the extra beach chairs , towels , boogie boards and cooler were great additions. The home was very clean! Tony was very easily accessible and kind.

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. The amenities are exactly as listed, and plentiful! The house is fully stocked with anything you need, including beach towels and chairs. The owner is extremely responsive to any questions or issues. Our family loves this home! Four adult couples and a teenage grandchild had plenty of room for space, and plenty of room to hangout and eat together. Very fun to drive the golf carts and bikes to the beach. Wonderful house, great vacation!

We had a great vacation! The house was awesome & just as described. Having the golf carts was helpful to get back & firth to the beach and pool. The location was perfect for put put golf and shopping. We enjoyed Murrells Inlet and Pawlys Island too.

The house had everything you could need; from the well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pans you could ever need to the beach towels, beach toys and golf carts ready to go. We had a great family vacation, the house was clean, beautiful and even roomier than expected. We all had a great time getting around on the golf carts and relaxing on the front porch. The owner Tony, was quick to respond to all my questions and didn't disappoint. It was very busy, and not all restaurants were fully staffed or took reservations, so we did cook more than we expected to - it was nice to have the two kitchens.

I researched houses large enough in the area prior to booking. The price we payed for the week was well under other comparable houses in the area and even in Oceanside Village.
My husband and I have a toddler and special needs son. The downstairs apt was perfect for us. The rest of our family also really enjoyed the space upstairs. There is so much space in the house which allows for even a rainy day to be enjoyable.
Tony provided a wealth of information prior to our stay and was communicative the entire week.
PROS: the size of the house, the separate apartment downstairs, cleanliness, two fold carts provided, beach and pools a short golf cart drive away, great communication with the home owner, knowledgeable and friendly home owners nearby

You may want to bring a few baby gates. The stairs leading down to the apt are steep and there is no door on the upper level. The stairs leading to the third floor are carpeted but our toddlers couldn’t get enough of going up and down. :)

This home was beautifully decorated! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for the week. The golf carts were great to travel to the pool as well as the beach! Our teenage boys had a tournament each night with the ping pong table! We also loved that it was so close to a grocery store and restaurants!

There was a coffee spill on the counter and dead bugs in the house. (at least they were dead) But it was comfortable and for the time we were there, we enjoyed out stay.

My wife really liked the decor of the house (she used the phrase "intentionally directed"). The owner quickly responded to my initial questions about the home, and was easy to contact throughout. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well. Everybody had their own space. It was nice having a second living space downstairs. The kids enjoyed the golf cart rides to the beach, and the various pools and tennis within the community. It was very close to grocery and souvenir shopping, and to other activities in the area.

We loved the house and the community. Our group of 8 family members had plenty of room to spread out in this beautiful house. The golf carts were a big hit and were great to drive to the beach, the pools and even to the Conch Restaurant where, by the way, the food was great! I haven't ridden a bike in years but decided to give it a shot anyway. My husband and I (both senior adults) jumped on bikes and rode all around the neighborhood and loved it. Wonderful experience!

My wife and I booked this property at Oceanside Village for the second week in July 2019 for a three-generation family vacation. There were 11 of us, including 5 grandkids with a wide range of ages. We could not have been more pleased with the property, amenities, location, etc. First of all, the property was clean (a big deal with us) and well maintained; special thanks to Diane (Property Manager) and Lorna (Housekeeper). The floor plans of the house were great, as we had plenty of sleeping options with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms plus a half, and two full, well-equipped kitchens (one on both main and lower levels). The kitchen on the main level was large and became the focus of our in-house dining. The hefty outside gas grill was new and easily accommodated our grilling needs. The main-level front porch and lower-level back patio are handy for just plain relaxing.
The location has pretty much everything you need: easy access to the beach and pool area via the provided golf carts or bicycles, private parking at the beach for cart or car, a convenient and enjoyable beach eatery (Conch Restaurant) with nice ocean views, miniature and par 3 golf across the street, and a really nice year-round neighbor next door. The golf carts made it convenient to stop at the pool on the way back to the house. It was quite pleasant that towels, umbrellas, chairs, etc. are provided for the beach.
Within a short driving distance, you have access to a major water park, plenty of miniature and 18-hole golf venues, the Marsh Walk at Murrells Inlet, etc. The Marsh Walk is particularly interesting to adults with its restaurant options, nightly live entertainment, watersport rentals, and sport fishing. Within a 30-minute drive to the north, you can reach Broadway at the Beach, which has many restaurants, stores, and entertainment options available day and night.
When we were back at the house, we still had in-house options for family fun. Everyone enjoyed the high-quality shuffleboard, table tennis, and cornhole game facilities; we had many friendly rivalries during our stay. At activity breaks during the day and in the evenings when the days were winding down, groups of us would often watch TV together in the spacious main-level family room.
All in all, the owner of the “Carolina Blue” property provides a top-drawer operation that should be a serious vacation consideration for families - it checks all the boxes.

There were 13 of us and it was an unusual mixture of 2 couples, 2 couples with one kid each and 3 single guys. The unique layout of the house allowed everyone to have their own space. The 2 couples slept in the downstairs unit with their own kitchen/refrigerator which allowed plenty of space on the main floor.
The beach towels and golf carts came in very handy for our daily trek to the beach. Having your own gated parking area for the beach was awesome. By the way, the outdoor pool was very enjoyable and the kids loved it.
The location of the house in Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach was perfect. It allowed us to stay away from the busy traffic in Myrtle Beach.
The driveway allowed plenty of rooms for our 4 cars.
Tony was awesome in communicating with us and making sure that everything was taken care of. He takes great pride in making sure that his house is clean and all of the amenities were provided for. For example, previous renters broke the ping pong table and he bought a new one. This was a very high quality ping pong table and we enjoyed playing on it. He has very detailed instructions which helped us tremendously. We were in town for a golf tournament and family time. Two of the guys have been attending the same golf tournament (held in different states) for 15 years and they said that this was the best experience they ever had.
I promise you that you will not be disappointed if you rent this place.
