great accommodations and the best host - Nicola! I highly recommend this location

The only restriction is if you are not in good shape. The closest street is 100 steps away, good workout though ;)

The appartement is very nice and well equipped. it is very clean and pretty big for 4 people. The terraces are large and the view is fantastic! Nicola is such a great host, always available for any question and he gave us very good and practical advices during our stay (beaches to go, recommended restaurants, best way to move in the city..). There is a bus stop downstairs which was very practical and you can rent a parking for a fair daily price at the property. Priano is a jewel city with a very relaxed atmosphere.

There are lots of stairs to get to the appartment. Not a big problem but may not be appropriate for everybody. Nicola helped us with the luggage when we arrived which was very appreciated after a long car trip!

The views from the various outdoor spaces were absolutely Spectacular!! The terraces alone were worth the money! The space has 2 full bathrooms which was very convenient. Nicola was very helpful with our luggage and any questions we had. A great home!

The stairs to get up to the property are no joke! It is a long hard trek to earn the fabulous views, especially if you are coming from town!

The location is like sitting in the gods of a theatre, the view is indeed spectacular. There are two levels offering balcony views to the sea and towards Positano. It is a quiet and tranquil location.

the location though spectacular is more suited to younger people than us who are in our 70's. There are 100 steps from the nearest street to the apartment. A local bus will take you to the foot of the steps but it runs infrequently in the afternoon. If you choose to walk the steps from the centre of Praiano there are another 300+ steps and another 300+ if you want to go to the beach.

The hosts were very sweet and the location was amazing! Definitely best as a warm month stay:)

Nicola was great, met us within 5 minutes of us arriving, check-in was easy. He even provided us with a house warming freshly made orange gelato! Beautiful property, amazing views, highly recommend!

Nothing..just be prepared to walk some stairs!!

Nicola, the host, and his family were unobtrusive but incredibly friendly and helpful. The villa is incredible, as is the location and views.

Worth bearing in mind if you don't have a car that you either have to wait possibly quite a while for a local bus to go up or down to the main street / beach, or it is a lot of steps. We quite enjoyed the challenge, and it does mean the location has amazing views and is very quiet, but if you are older or less fit you might want to consider this. But over all absolutely incredible!
