Plenty of room. We were there for golf ... my answer about value for money was neutral because a couple people pulled out. I was out of pocket a bit but that's not the property's fault. What we used of the facilities was good. Comfy couch to watch a bit of tele, plenty of board games (not this trip), coffee and tea provided. Beds were excellent.

Not sure soap was provided ... would be good to have a cake in the bathroom when you hop in and start looking for the soap.

The view was excellent. Liked that there were 2 verandah areas with one undercover. Relatively tidy and appreciated the condiments. Spacious and very relaxing environment. It was a nice walk down to the beaches, park, shops and food vans.

There was a dirty dish in the cupboard with food still in it - where the plates and bowls were kept. There was minimal washing detergent to do the dishes and this made it difficult to wash up properly. No sanitiser on the property. No shampoo or conditioner available. The heat pump/air con remote needs new batteries and in response we were unable to adjust the temperature of the room and we had a 27 degree day, so it was a very warm hot night with a toddler. Appreciated the condiments in the cupboard, but there was but a tablespoon of bbq sauce left and no tomato sauce. We did use the last of the bbq sauce= it needs replacing.
