Fantastic location on The Point. Lovely restaurants and pubs within a few minutes walk (e.g. The Point, Rockfish, The Grove). 10 minutes walk to the train station (next to M&S Food) with regular trains to Exeter & beyond.
The apartment was very comfortable with comfortable beds, nice bedding & towels. Everything provided was good quality.
Julie, our host, was very friendly and let us store our luggage as our return flight wasn't until late afternoon.
Could do with some blinds or voiles in the lounge as it is overlooked from the apartments opposite.

Lovely clean, well equipped and warm apartment. Probably the best we have ever stayed in. We will definitely be back for another stay. If we could have extended we would have loved to have stayed longer.

modern, clean, warm (end of nov ) location amazing right on the beach. Julie the owner very nice and helpful and went to the trouble of putting a Xmas tree up knowing it was a pre Xmas get together with my daughters

Not only was it the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in, it was also very modern and beautifully furnished. Also, what a great location to holiday… close to absolutely everything you could ever need.

Immaculate 1st floor apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy sitting area, comfy beds. Lovely bathroom. All absolutely spotless in a well maintained block. Nice and warm too (underfloor heating). Allocated parking space immediately outside.
Good instructions given for easy self-access on arrival. (Lit xmas tree and bottle of Prosecco awaiting our arrival. Very welcoming.) Walking distance to the town centre, restaurants, coast path.
Sadly you cannot actually see the water from this flat but that's the only downside. Both the beach and the quay are on the doorstep though.

Excellent, holiday apartment with a perfect location, very clean, stylishly furnished and with everything you need for a very comfortable holiday. Within a radius of 30-40 meters - 3 restaurants and a pub for every taste! beach 3 minutes from the entrance. Neat souvenir shops around. Richly stocked fish shop with daily, fresh seafood!

I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Situated within the marina area and close to a number of good restaurants. Boat trips and the ferry to Starcross are on the doorstep. Superbly appointed apartment with all the creature comforts one needs for a stress free time away from home.

The property is in such an excellent central location. Easy to follow instructions to get in, Spotlessly clean property, probably the cleanest we have ever been to.
