Appartamento ampio e fornito

Comfortable and with ample space, jacuzzi was great and closets were ample. The kitchen is basic. View from 4th floor balcony was over greenery and the Calatrava science park in the distance.
The sound of the railroad and it is far away from food shopping.

Ideally located in the heart of the City of Arts and Sciences, this apartment offers unbeatable convenience—just steps from shopping malls, supermarkets, and vibrant cultural attractions. Thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for both short getaways and extended stays, it’s designed for comfort and ease. And just outside the building, you'll find a spectacular park that feels like a Disneyland for dogs—perfect for pet lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike.
