Location! We love the culture and creative influences in Coconut Grove. Close to places along Biscayne Bay, restaurants & parks.
Everything was great. Bathtub drain needs to be tweaked so water drains properly - other than that, perfect.

The stunning views, prime location, and the management’s prompt and efficient communication made the experience even better.
Some of the appliances, like the microwave, are falling apart and could use updating. It would also be great if beach essentials were provided, along with more towels for added convenience.

The ocean view
Booking .com said I could check in early to update my check-in time.. So, me thinking it was approved, move my flight up only to get there are 11am and have to wait in the lobby until 3pm waiting on the room to be serviced.
