Spent about 3 day from a long international flight, only for me to arrive at the hotel where there’s no warm water to shower. Also I requested for a bathroom foot mat because water was dripping on the floor and there’s no indoor foot wear. I was told that there’s no foot mat. Bed spread wasn’t clean, there was mosquitoes and noticeable amounts of cobwebs in the room.

The staff are very professional and treat my like family , the room quality is exceptional, the food is very tasty and they are really serious when it comes to to hygiene. Sometimes they don’t even let me pay for my coffee and say it’s on the house. The swimming pool is very clean. This is now my hotel of choice whenever I am in Kano, in fact, it’s feels like more of a home that an hotel due to the excellent service and facilities , It’s a 4 ⭐️ , but really it’s a 5 star ⭐️
