Da dieses Anwesen am Ende des Comer Sees und am Ende einer Privatstraße liegt, bietet es Abgeschiedenheit und Intimität, während es nur 5 km von der Innenstadt des Genfersees entfernt ist. Das Haus wurde neu renoviert, hat aber seinen alten Hüttencharme bewahrt. Die Ausstattungsmerkmale umfassen:, 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 1/2 Badezimmer, Kamin, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Zentralluft, Unglaubliche Stereoanlage, WLAN, Gas und Holzkohlegrills. Der Comer See ist ein großartiger See für Großmaulbarsche und Hechte. Ein 14-Fuß-Alaun-Fischerboot mit 10-PS-Motor wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Kanu sowie Schwimmvorrichtungen zum Schwimmen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Pier geht am 1. Mai und kommt am 15. Oktober heraus.
Für Winter-Schneemobilfahrer sind die Loipen vom Hof über den See erreichbar. Wenn wir dieses Jahr wenig Schnee haben, werden auf dem See Eisboot fahren und Skater fahren.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Lake Como with friends. Easily slept 6. Beautiful lake view and fishing boat a plus! Also 2 nice eating and drinking establishments within walking distance was also a benefit Andy the host was very communicative and helpful. Easy access to downtown Lake Geneva and Lake Geneva itself.

Andrew's property was ideal for our family vacation to the Lake Geneva area. Situated on Lake Como, the views and lake access were unbeatable. Next time we're going to rent a boat. Walking distance to restaurants and close proximity to Lake Geneva and golf courses. The house is clean and organized and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a great stay with our two toddlers and dog. Lake was warm to swim in and the home had everything we needed and was well labeled. Looking forward to coming back again some time soon.

This was my first stay on Lake Como and it did not disappoint. We were In Wisconsin for a niece’s wedding at the Riviera on Lake Geneva on June 30, 2023. For decades my brothers our father and our sons rented places on Lake Geneva and Lake Delavan for spring and fall fishing trips. As this was a wedding my brothers and my family all needed places for our individual families. When I ran across this house on VRBO I couldn’t resist as it had ample space for my wife and I, my daughter and her husband and two small children, and our adult son, and plenty of space for entertaining guests. Oh, and it came with a fishing boat. We had an overall great time, including hosting cocktails and dinners on the large deck and catching lots of fish from the beach, pier, and while fishing on the boat. By the way the host Andrew was warm and welcoming. I can hardly wait to go back!

Andy's place is just about perfect if you are looking for a relaxing experience right on a lake and away from any hubbub. There is not a single thing he has not thought to provide, including water shoes, a dog tie out and all the fishing gear a novice fisherperson could need. The home is incredibly comfortable, filled with art and perfect for a mixed age group. The pull out couch is the most comfortable one anyone in the group had ever slept on. Please note, however, this is not the place for someone looking for an HGTV experience. Instead, it is a clearly loved and thoughtful maintained family cottage in an idyllic setting without thoughtful touches added through the 100+ years it has been in the owner's family.

Andy, the property owner was so kind. His property was clean, cozy and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. He even reached out to offer us a turkey roaster as we were spending Thanksgiving there. We would absolutely reccomend this perfect lake house. So much to do and see in the area or spend a relaxing day bird watching by the fireplace. Just an overall great experience.

Very nice area. Walking distance to restaurant/bar. Very close to Downtown area. Would definitely recommend. Awesome view of lake with plenty of wildlife to watch. Property has everything you could need which made for pleasant weekend.

Our vacation was fantastic! This home had everything you could think of, beautiful views and we had fun on the dock and the boat. Andy was a terrific host, was very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect down the street from Mars resort and Ridge hotel, I will for sure be back to stay in Andy’s charming home. Thank you Andy !

My family and I had the BEST time! We spent most days in the water and on the boat. Andrew's place was so clean and organized. He provided all the necessities which is hard to find. We watched the most beautiful sunsets and fished off the pier. A couple nights we walked down to Mars for dinner and drinks . We can't wait to come back and make more memories on Lake Como. Thank you Andrew for everything!

Loved our stay!!! The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook, relax and have fun. Andy was welcoming and communicative and gave great recs on nearby places to go. The views at sunset are unbeatable. Close to all of the best lake Geneva and como eateries and places to go. Stay here you will love it!!!

Great accomodations!
Everything you need is provided whether you want a day in the sun or things to do inside in inclement weather. We really enjoy watching the wide variety of birds right outside the kitchen window. Also swimming off the pier or taking the boat out for a tour of the lake. We've been staying here the last few years now and really enjoy it.

We lit a fire and played games whenever we were running around enjoying the area. I already miss eating breakfast by the big window overlooking the lake. Everything was labeled and clearly communicated. The house is full of history and art! It really felt like he was sharing his beloved home with us. I only hope that we treated his home as well as he treated his guests!

Great property right on the water! Older home, but very well maintained. Had a great time celebrating my moms birthday with family. Great time ice fishing and I’m sure would be great spring thru fall using the fishing boat supplied. Andy was a pleasure to work with. I will try to return.

Such a great time spent with Family- went on the boat everyday. We grilled most nights but also went into Lake Geneva for dinner. The deck was great- wonderful sunsets. Loved the windows!! My daughters dog loved being able to run in and out of the lake to catch the frisbee!! Thanks again!
