Der Gulfcrest Condo Complex wurde 2004 erbaut und diese Einheit wurde umgebaut. Der Wohnbereich hat wunderschöne neue Bodenfliesen und die Schlafzimmer haben neue Teppichböden. In der Küche und im Badezimmer gibt es Granit-Arbeitsplatten. Und der Wohnbereich und die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über Flachbildfernseher. Die Küche ist komplett für einen Gourmetkoch ausgestattet.
Mein Mann und ich waren an vielen Orten und es gibt keine Strände wie die Smaragdküste von Nordwestflorida. irgendwo. Dieser Komplex hat weniger Staus und einen einfachen Zugang zu allen guten Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem neuen Pier Park.
Die Aussicht von unserem 19. Stock Balkon ist spektakulär und wenn Sie einmal hier sind, werden Sie jedes Jahr wiederkommen wollen. Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge sind wirklich unglaublich.
Das Gulf Crest Resort verfügt über eine geschlossene Anlage mit zwei Pools für Erwachsene, zwei Außenpools, einem Tiki Hut Bar / Restaurant am Pool, einem Kinderbecken, einem Golf-Front-Fitnesscenter, 3 Hochgeschwindigkeitsaufzügen und zugewiesenen Garagenparkplätzen.

Overall everything was nice and clean. If I had an issue I could text the property manager and he got right back with me would stay here again!!!

This was the second time we stayed at Gulf Crest. We had a beautiful condo with everything we needed. Wonderful deck to sip coffee in the morning and watch the dolphins. The pools and hot tubes were lovely. Many restaurants in the area to chose from. We had a full 2 weeks of fun. We will be back.

Condo was clean, well decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed including starter paper towels, dish towels, soap, even laundry soap. We booked for the balcony furniture, as well as included beach service set up for the week, and later (10am) checkout. Beach service is the fold-up wooden chairs so if you want to lay out, bring a beach mat. Might also bring a portable camping table if you prefer to have somewhere to sit things. This is on the 19th floor so you can sit outside with beach night view not interrupted by all the flashlights. It was also within walking to some restaurants for us, on-site bar was a plus. Listing might need updated as checkout is actually 9am. Beach service was great to have but attendant didn't set us up for the week. I went early and was assigned a chair up front, then was made to pack and move every day after way in back. Did notice ones he made us move out of remained empty and he said were "reserved" even though he told us he didn't "reserve" chairs, but did for others that came after us. He even hollered at me about how stressful his job was. There are 3 good quality chairs in the condo for you to use plus a small cooler if it’s an issue. Communication with owner was great, we loved this unit and would recommend!

We have been renting in PC Beach for 26 years and have stayed in a lot of properties. I can honestly say that from the assigned parking spot to the 40 foot balcony this was the best unit we have ever rented. It was stocked very well and was furnished as nice as any home would be. This unit was immaculate, professionally cleaned and ready to move into upon arrival. We will definitely vacation here again . William was always ready and eager to help and answered my emails promptly.

Our recent trip to PCB was our first; but it won’t be the last. The condo we stayed in had a spectacular view, great location, and the amenities were fantastic. The condo had an upscale feel to it. Looking forward to future opportunities to stay there.

Normally I can find a item or two to nitpick, but really everything about this was great! The balcony as mentioned in the listing was huge! There was plenty of room for the 3 of us to stretch out. The beach was undergoing a restoration, so whoever stays next time will have a huge beach to enjoy! We hope to stay here again in the future.

This was our first condo stay and we loved it. The check in process was very easy. The condo was clean and well taken care of. The views from the balcony were amazing. We ate outside as much as we could. The bed was softer than what we are used too, but we did not lose sleep over it or wake up sore. Beach service was very nice to have provided with the unit.

This condo had the most amazing view. We spent every morning and most evenings on the balcony. We could see dolphins feeding, manta rays, turtles and some fun loving people. We brought binoculars so it was perfect to zoom in and watch the sea life. The condo itself was beautiful, and spacious. It had everything you needed to cook in. Upon arrival there were a few items that were missing such as beach chairs, trash bags, hand towels and face clothes but this was quickly corrected by calling the property manager. The chairs and umbrella on the beach were an added plus as it was hot and shade was needed. The location does have a couple restaurants within walking distance which we visited, however we drove to others that were recommended. Definitely try Dat Cajun.. it was amazing and inexpensive. You will definitely not be disappointed if you choose this condo.

Gulf Crest was clean, secure, and perfect for our family. The condo was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was really like being at a home away from home. Our parking was assigned, beach service was included, and we never had to wait on elevators. The owner was very responsive and answered any questions promptly. I'd definitely recommend this place.
