Im April 2011 wurden die Strände von Providenciales zur Nummer 1 der Welt gewählt !!! Wir sind nur wenige Minuten von Grace Bay Stränden entfernt. Unser Ferienhaus verfügt über gewölbte Holzbalkendecken und Fliesenböden. Es hat ein offenes Konzept mit einem Queen-Size-Bett, Nachttisch, Schrank und Kommode. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Stuhl und Liebessitz mit Kabel-TV und Wi-Fi. Die Küche hat einen Herd und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Die Küche ist mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Töpfen und Pfannen, Besteck, Geschirr, Tassen und Gläsern ausgestattet. Das Haus ist mit A / C und Paddelventilatoren ausgestattet. Der angeschlossene Waschraum verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner sowie ein Bügeleisen und -brett. Das Badezimmer ist mit Toilette, Dusche und Waschbecken ausgestattet. Vor dem Cottage steht Ihnen ein Propangrill zur Verfügung.

Having been to the island twice before, I will say that this quaint, comfy cottage far exceeded my expectations and was truly amazing!! The entire process from talking with Patty prior to our trip, to messaging with Patty and Jeano, the incredibly helpful woman/property manager on island, could not have gone any better. We had an amazing stay on the property, as it was clean, comfortable, and the pool/outdoor space was a 10+. Kayaking on the canal right from the property was a truly memorable part of our trip as well. You will need to rent a car to get you to an from the airport and to travel to the island's remarkable beaches, but cars are quite affordable. We will definitely stay here anytime we visit the island in the future.

Our two week vacation was amazing to say the least the property was perfect. We had our home little pool which came in handy at least twice a day. Location was wonderful and quiet management of the properties is outstanding would recommend 100% you should stay here.

The cottage was just as described, a cozy studio. The private pool with the waterfall was lovely for sitting out for breakfast and after beach days in the afternoon/evening. Micki and Jeano were both friendly and helpful. Really appreciated all the beach towels and the beach chairs were very comfortable and easy to carry. There is a beach umbrella also but pretty windy most days to use it. The host has created as much storage space as possible in the bathroom with wire shelving, etc. The kitchen was well appointed, including plastic’s storage containers for leftovers. The bar sink in the kitchen was a challenge when washing dishes and took some creative maneuvering to get some bigger items washed. I think a faucet with a sprayer might be helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay with many thoughtful touches like a large and small cooler, several cooler packs in the freezer, etc. The washer/dryer was handy and people had left detergent and dryer sheets. There’s a double kayak and a single kayak for guest use too and the canal is a great place to explore. Be advised that you need to provide your own soap, shampoo and conditioner. The cottage is in the flight path of the airport, so planes are prevalent during the day. Overall a comfy home base after exploring the beautiful Provo beaches!

Spent 9 days here and it was perfect! Great little cottage that has everything you need. Definitely need a car to get a round but you are close to everything if you have a car. The pool was great and perfect to cool off after a day at the beach. We will be back!

Our stay at the cottage was perfect! It was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy a first trip to Turks and Caicos. Miki gave a great rundown when we got there and was always prompt to respond to any questions. The private pool and beach supplies were used daily and made the experience better than we imagined! Can't wait to return!

This cottage and property was absolutely amazing. The moment we walked in I said, I couldn't have booked us a better place. Instant bliss in the location, property layout, and amenities provided. Owner and property manager were spot on thru out. I cant say how much we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfy, had everything we needed plus some. Pool was private and we spent way to much time in there. The small details is what makes this place stand out above the others we have stayed at before. If you want a cozy stay with no all inclusive vibe and dont mind driving on the island which is super easy, stay here. We will book in a heart beat again if coming back.

We had an amazing T&C holiday. The cottage is away from the crowded resorts but still central to everything. Each day we explored new adventures and yet were able to return to the cottage for lunch (food is surprisingly expensive). The cottage was clean, cozy & comfortable and it quickly felt like home. Patty, Jeano & Miki are a wonderful property team who offer great recommendations. Would definitely recommend this island gem!

We had great communication with hosts, great advice from Miki, and were centrally located for beaches south and east as well as great restaurants. Everything was 10-20 minutes away. Wonderful to relax by the pool in afternoon or evening!

My wife and I enjoyed nine days at this very cute functional ,centrally located cottage . It is small but it has everything you need to base your stay at Provo.
This was our third time in Provo so we had a good feel for the Island . The location is pretty much right in the middle of the island which made it great for exploring the many beaches that are scattered throughout the island. I most point out our favorite beach is Taylor beach which is located in Taylor bay. The cottage has very nice beach chairs and many towels available plus a large cooler that we packed every day!!!! The price point and the many amenities that are offered at this cute little cottage make it such a great bargain on an island that is known to be a little pricey you really can't go wrong. If your looking for high end this isn't it. This is clean and functionable , and as seen in the pictures .The little private pool is absolutely perfect !
I couldn't end my review without mentioning Patty the owner who is one of the best I've dealt with on VRBO. We have used VRBO approximately eight or nine times without any issues however sometimes they are not as responsive or as helpful as Patty. I also would be remiss not to mention Gino and Miki who help Patty make everything work since they live in Provo. Gino , Miki I'm giving you both virtual hugs right now !!! thank You both for helping us make this a trip to remember If your on the fence jump off and book Palm Breeze Bay cottage- Hope this helps .

This is a livery coach house attached to the main property. Absolutely charming and cozy, perfect for two people. It is 10 minutes away from the beach. We loved that we can unwind and relax at our new home after spending our day enjoying the island. Property manager Miki and the cleaning lady Jean are what makes this place the very best stay for us so far. They both took the time to give us guidance and whatever we needed, they were very personable. This is our first time at the island, they made this stay a perfect 10! I will be back here again for sure!

Situated in a peaceful residential area this place is perfect for a couple and in an ideal spot to explore the whole island. We appreciated the small pool and enjoyed kayaking from the door on the canals out to the lagoon. The villa itself was very clean and had pretty much everything you could need. A couple of issues with the air con and the tv were sorted straight away. The fly screens on the doors could use some attention.
Thanks to Miki for greeting us at the airport and taking us to the car hire place. And thanks also to Jeano for the nice chats and tips about the island. Great value for money on a very expensive island.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and quiet, away from the bustle of Grace Bay. Nice to have our own little pool to cool off in the afternoon. The location of the property makes it easy to access all parts of the island if you have a rental car. Miki was so responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for a wonderful stay at the cottage!

No issues with the WIFI connection. Patty was great getting in contact with us a few days prior to our arrival answering any questions we had. Her property manager will meet you at the airport to get you to the property. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a good spot away from the resorts and crowds! I recommend a 4WD vehicle if you're looking to explore some of the more remote beaches on Provo... our compact couldn't handle getting out to Malcolm's Road due to the road being washed out in a couple of spots. We will be back! Cheers.

Clean and relaxing
The ‘cottage’ was so well appointed and accommodating. It was located perfectly between downtown and GraceBay, just a short drive to anywhere on the island. The pool made our stay perfect! All contacts, greeter, property manager and owner were attentive , although we had zero concerns or needs. Highly recommend!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this cozy and clean cottage. It has everything we need including beach chairs, towels and umbrella etc. Patty and his wife gave us a call before we left to let us know the COVID related travel policies, which was so sweet. When we arrived, Mikky met us at the car rental place and let us drive behind her, which was such an ease for our first time driving on the left side! Everything is a short drive away. We will be back!

My husband and I recently stayed in your guest home. The space was perfect, well equipped, and a short car ride away from shopping, beaches and dining. We appreciated having towels and beach chairs! Comfortable and relaxing stay
This cottage shares pool and canal frontage with a larger building, and the property's removal from the beachfront busyness of Grace Bay resorts was for us a bonus. Being able to read a book, cook our own meals, go for a dip in the pool with quiet privacy was just what we were looking for. All beaches and resorts where accessible within a short drive. The flight path of the airport is nearby overhead, but not something that made our stay less enjoyable.

As a reminder groceries are very expensive on the island so be prepared. It was necessary to buy shampoo and body soap and washing detergent. The bed was very firm, so my back was kinda aching after our 10 day stay. There were chairs for the beach, but they were a bit beat up, but were usable. The beach umbrella was not very functional, so we gifted the cottage with a large pretty purple umbrella.
The host provided beach bags and towels which were so nice.
It is a very secure place as well.
Some of the roads on Provo, and as well a this one, is unpaved so it is sometimes a rough ride 🙂
Miki was wonderful and very helpful. She even provided a local phone to use. So considerate.
Definitely eat at Sharkbite and Mango Reef and Top o the Cove for breakfast!

We loved the Palm Breeze guest house. It was the perfect spot for the two of us to enjoy 9 days in TCI. The guest house is well appointed with all the comforts of home and Miki made sure to check on us regularly. We rented a little car to get around the island and while Cooper Jack Bay Rd is “unpacked”, it was easily accessible and no 4wd was necessary. I will definitely recommend this property and the main house to all my contacts who might be visiting TCI. While you need to drive to the beaches, there are so many options for fun days and great restaurants in paradise.

What a gem!
We loved the Palm Breeze guest house. It was the perfect spot for the two of us to enjoy 9 days in TCI. The guest house is well appointed with all the comforts of home and Miki made sure to check on us regularly. We rented a little car to get around the island and while Cooper Jack Bay Rd is “unpacked”, it was easily accessible and no 4wd was necessary.
I will definitely recommend this property and the main house to all my contacts who might be visiting TCI. While you need to drive to the beaches, there are so many options for fun days and great restaurants in paradise.

Paradise without a doubt!!!
We loved the property and all that surrounded it. The cottage was perfect for us and Mikki and Jeano both went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our stay. We loved the landscaping around the cottage and the canal and pool areas were more places to relax and enjoy. We would definitely stay here again and would also highly recommend it or the house that was on the property for larger families. On a scale of 1-10, we would both rate this cottage as a 20!!!

Quite Cottage for 2
Just spent a week at the cottage. While the property itself is well equipped and maintained the road in is awful and would be best traveled if you have a 4 wheel-drive vehicle. We were always very cautious coming and going in our economy sedan rental and were amazed at the local residents bombing down the road.
We enjoyed coffee by the canal every morning while watching the sunrise and again at the end of a long day at the beach. A late afternoon dip in the pool was a great perk. Guests arrived at the main house mid-week and although the pool area is shared between the two houses we felt like we were intruding.
WiFi worked just fine. If TV is your thing, due to the hurricane, there is no cable in this area/road yet. Lighting could be better, brighter bulbs in lamps and fans would help. Only lighting in the kitchen area is one strip of under-cabinet lighting. There was a problem with the toilet tank that made the water pump (located in the cottage in an area above the bathroom) go on every 5-10 minutes. Mentioned this to Jeano and a maintenance guy was there within an hour. We were told a part is needed that is not available on island. Owners will bring it when they arrive in May.
We used the provided beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler to venture to a different beach every day. Plenty of towels, bath & beach, and a large beach bag to lug our stuff! Great to have a washer/dryer (no detergent provided) to use.
Central location made it easy to get to either end of the island.
4 out of 5 stars only due to condition of the road which is no fault of the property itself.

Lovely 2 Weeks
Cottage was exactly as promised, perfect size for 2 people and the amenities were an added nice touch. Nice table on back porch for dinners outside, with the pool being a great added bonus. We would eat our breakfast down by the water and the kayaks make for a great few hour adventure! The perks of this place were that Miki met us at the car rental and we followed her back to the suite (good way to get used to driving on the left), and she was always extremely quick at responding for any questions we had. The beach umbrella was broken and she brought a new one the very next day for us. Would definitely stay again if every back on the island!

Top notch
Our stay at the Palm Breeze Cottage was extremely enjoyable. The cottage offered all the amenities we could have asked for from coolers and chairs for the beach to typical hotel staples like an ironing board and hair dryer. It was a great overall experience and would be highly recommended for those who prefer a different vibe from big resort vacationing.

Would definitely stay again!
We had a fantastic 10 days in January. The cottage was perfect. Clean, perfectly maintained, really thoughtfully and nicely decorated, just great, everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. Air conditioning worked well and was appreciated. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were greatly appreciated, and made for some really enjoyable outings to different gorgeous beaches. We thought we might miss being directly on the beach. Not so. We enjoyed the pool, the kayaks on the canal, the nice landscaping. Everything was within a short driving distance. And the cottage was so nice. Niki was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would return with pleasure. The only problem I can see is difficulty in finding availability, since the cottage is justifiably booked in advance!

A Perfect Cottage For Two
From the welcome by Miki, the next door neighbor (her house and all others are hidden from view) at the airport to our departure 11 days later, everything about the Palm Breeze Cottage was superb.
The kitchen is well stocked and is constantly being updated and replenished by Patty and Tommy, the owners. If there is anything lacking (within reason) they get it immediately. We needed an extension cord and it appeared the same day.
Whether sitting by the pool with its soothing waterfall or on the dock by the canal watching the moon rise through the palm trees, the property offers a calm, relaxing experience away from the tourist crowds of the beach resorts, which is our style.
Miki, Patty and Tommy are excellent sources for any info you might need about Provo - wonderful people.
This is a clean, well maintained property and is excellent value for a self catering vacation. We got a tour of the other, larger cottage before we left and it was very nice, sleeping 6 with a lot of space, beautiful screened in porch and all the amenities you could ask for.
