We stayed for my daughters wedding had friends and family traveling to Burlington. The location was perfect everything within minutes. Andy was so accommodating as I was traveling with my 82 year old mother. The house had everything to host family dinners, including the deck and grill. Backyard great for bubbles with my grandchildren! Thank you Andy for a wonderful wedding weekend and memories with my family.

We stayed for 2 nights to enjoy our daughters wedding. House was very clean and in a great Vacation. Our issue included our elderly parents, the stairs were very steep and treads narrow. No bathroom on main floor, master bath and another full bath on 2nd floor. 1/2 bath on basement level. Great house overall!!!!

A comfortable suburban neighborhood and nice home.

Location: Burlington has terrible traffic and this was right near where all the stop lights are. However, it's in a very quiet neighborhood so you cannot hear or tell that you are in the thick of it. It's convenient and you can walk to Target or Trader Joe's. Kitchen amenities: The kitchen is well stocked. They need a better pan for making pancakes as the one they had was poor quality and warped. DO NOT use the dishwasher. Don't even open it - you'll regret it. It's a spotless and brand new dishwasher but it smelled so badly. Maybe they need to clean the trap?? Not sure but we hand-washed our dishes due to this. This is why the property is not getting 5 stars overall. Cleanliness: The housecleaner cleaned it all very well for us. We got there at check in time but she was still cleaning. We had to use the bathrooms so let ourselves in, but I thanked her for being so diligent in cleaning it for our family's stay. Overall: There's no central air so you have to use window units. It was very humid during our stay but with the outside temp between 60 degrees at night and 80s during the day, it was fine. Just know that there's a dehumidifier in the basement and loud window A/C units if you're not used to having that. If they got rid of the dishwasher issue, we would stay here again. With family and UVM, we will need to go to Burlington again.

The house was clean but had a STRONG smell of cleaner when we arrived. We had to air the place out for several hours. there is no bathroom on the main floor. We enjoyed our stay mainly because we are family and like each other but "Sleeps 12" is a stretch. The basement is not really suitable for a bedroom as there is no A/C, the toilet is "pee only" (Nearest real toilet is on second floor) and there was a strong smell of moth balls from the locked closet, probably to keep the mice away (Yup we saw one and saw evidence). On the upside, it really is close to everything and it is a nice neighborhood. I only interacted with the owners by text but they seemed nice. I would rent again but not with more than 6.

This house was absolutely perfect for our girls trip! Had all of the amenities we needed and so convenient to shopping and everything in downtown Burlington.

We had a great stay at Andy’s place. Spacious and clean, and a quick walk to Trader Joe’s. We enjoyed the outdoor deck very much. Great kitchen appliances especially the roomy fridge. Please consider replacing the bedside tables in the primary bedroom as they are peeling and chipping on the top surfaces and take away from the overall appearance of the room.

We were coming in for a college graduation. It was better than a hotel for the amount of people we had. The house has a great location near the schools and shopping.

We had a lovely visit to UVM while staying in this clean home. There were plenty of bedrooms everyone had their own room. The location is perfect for touring/visiting UVM and The town of Burlington. Pet friendly was a huge plus for our family.

The interior of the house is clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. Andy was incredibly helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone coming to visit their children at UVM. It was also dog friendly.

Perfect place for 5 or 6 guys/gals (or 3 or 4 couples) to stay in Burlington. Close to everything. Clean place, good communication, and would stay again.

Thought the house was very good - nothing fancy but it was clean , beds comfortable, warm, plenty of places for guests to sleep, close to food shopping, nice neighborhood. but could use a railing on the front steps tough to navigate when slippery with snow, needs non skid mats in tubs and batteries for the remote.

Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Burlington. Perfect for a getaway.

We stayed at this property over a holiday weekend with a friend group. Property was as advertised and is conveniently located close to many amenities including shopping and dining.

Perfect location to do events in Burlington. Stores are nearby and easy to walk neighborhood and nearby park. Comfortable for our 2 families

We had a wonderful stay for our time in Burlington to attend my sister's wedding. The property was clean and close to everything! Highly recommend Andy and his property.

It’s clean and cozy with three floors and lots of places to sleep. Beautiful woodsy backyard and great area. Andy was helpful and communicative.

The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our extended family to stay in Burlington. It was pet friendly and had enough space to park which was a plus for us.

Big, comfortable house with plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. Nice for kids. Great back porch with view of wooded green yard. It is a drive to main attractions in downtown Burlington, but there are also some shops/grocery store/restaurants within walking distance. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, but ceiling fan in dining area helped keep downstairs cool enough even during some hot days. Overall, certainly pricey, but we found it to be as advertised and we had a great stay.
