Thank you for a wonderful stay in Interlaken! The apartment and location were perfect for us! The check in process was incredibly easy and the host very helpful and quick to reply. The apartment is perfectly equipped - everything you could need, but without being cluttered. The kitchen equipment is good quality - I have never had the pleasure of cooking with sharp kitchen knives at a holiday rental before! Everything is clearly labelled with easy to follow instructions. Bed was extremely comfortable and shower was strong and reliable!
The location worked really well for us. We wanted to hike most days, plus explore Interlaken. It’s only a 15-20 minute walk to the main train station and city centre. We ate at so many great restaurants - some in the centre and some near the apartment (plenty to choose from). Staying above a Co Op supermarket was an incredible perk too. It was open 8 until 8 every day, so restocking on essentials was very easy. I also liked that Matten was quieter than the city centre. Thoroughly recommend!

Guy’s apartment is centrally located in Matten next to an excellent Coop grocery store, great restaurants, and multiple bus stops that can have you to and from Interlaken Ost station in minutes. Plenty of room & very secure, although the neighborhood is so nice you won’t have to worry about that. Definitely would stay here again next time.

My wife and I were very please with our recent stay at this property. It's in a great location and has access to grocery store, restaurants, etc. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Guy is a great host and always responsive and willing to assist his guest. Overall highly recommend this property.

This apartment was perfect for our holiday in Switzerland. Well located, well equipped, clean, quiet, great views and comfortable bed are just a few of the positives. The owner "Guy" was friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout and was a pleasure to communicate with. I would highly recommend, and happily return in the future.

Excellent property, great location, stunning views
We rented Guy's apartment for our holiday. There were three of us and we were very comfortable. The property is clean & has everything you should need while on the road. Guy is also very responsive if you have questions. The location is great. There is so much to see and do that we wish we could stay longer. There is a Coop grocery store, restaurants & bars all within walking distance. The kitchen has what you need to cook small meals. We used it to cook breakfast & eat lunch.
The apartment is in a nice neighborhood & feels very secure. I highly recommend for your visit to Interlaken or surrounding areas.

Family Holiday July 2019
We rented this property for a family holiday (father and two teenage daughters) for 9 days in July 2019. The property was perfect for our requirements, and it was lovely to sit on the balcony looking at the amazing views and watching the paragliders descending from Harder Kulm.
From our initial enquiry in April, the owner Guy Jobling was very helpful with advice, and also very quick in answering our many enquiries. This included detailed advice on transport arrangements (trains from Zurich airport to Interlaken), as well as local travel and sightseeing in the region. He arranged for a mid-stay clean and change of sheets & towels by his colleague Natalie, who also advised us on a few things included where to swim in the lakes.
We were allowed a couple of hours' late departure and Guy sent detailed advice for our journey including bus times, meaning that we were still in the apartment until about 12:15, for catching the 12:35 train at Interlaken West! When on the train he messaged us to check everything had gone OK. We have rented various properties before and Guy was by far the best and most helpful host we have had in this respect.
We would love to return to Interlaken and this property in the future.

Great place for a family!
Guy’s home was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The supermarket is in the same building, which made cooking at the apartment super convenient. I definitely recommend staying here on your visit to Interlaken.

Perfect for our getaway
We stayed at Joblings Holiday Apartment in June of 2019. Guy was very helpful before our trip began with directions, area info and suggestions for paragliding and other adventure outfitters in the area. The apartment was perfect for our party of three and had everything we needed. The proximity to the Coop grocery store made shopping for provisions easy and convenient. We could walk to everything in Interlaken- train stations, Harder Kulm, restaurants, etc.
We would recommend this apartment very highly for a couple of small family of 3-4. We would definitely stay here again if our travels take us back to Interlaken.

Amazing stay in Interlaken
Guy is probably the most helpful and thorough host we’ve ever had. His home was immaculate with every detail taken care of. The location was great for getting food at the grocery store as well as walking to restaurants and bars. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at the end of the day watching the surrounding mountains. We cannot wait to return.

Perfect apartment for the perfect holiday
February half term weekend – came for a week with the family 2 adults, 2 children – we went to Grindelwald and Wengen to ski every day and there was loads of snow, with stunning scenery! The apartment was perfect for us all, the kids loved the bunk beds and it’s really light and spacious, close to shop, restaurants and bus stop. Guy is the owner and gave us all the info in plenty of time – it was really helpful and the flat is easy to find. He met us when we arrived and then sent a message to check we were ok. It’s a 10 min walk to Interlaken centre too. Fantastic week of sunshine, skiing, apres skiing and a really lovely clean apartment.

Skiing break
We stayed in Jobling's Holiday Apartment for a few days skiing in January. From the apartment it's very easy to access the ski slopes by car or public transportation. The supermarket is so close and very convenient, and the apartment was warm and cozy and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. It was spotlessly clean and well prepared for our arrival. The host, Guy, provided simple arrival directions and was there to meet us. A great ski break!

Wonderful location and apartment
The vacation was great also thanks to the Guy Jobling apartment. Two very bright and spacious floors, located in a very quiet condominium and above a supermarket. In particular the apartment was very clean and equipped with the things that are always needed in a house but that are difficult to find in a holiday apartment. Parking is not a problem because there are both outside and inside the apartment building. The internal one is easily accessible by a car lift. I strongly recommend to choose the Guy Jobling apartment if you want to spend a holiday in Switzerland.
