What a fabulous house to stay in over the holiday! This house is clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Unbelievably great views of the ocean from the main living room and deck. Quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend this rental!

If you love the ocean, this is the property for you.
The bedroom accommodations also comfortable, clean, and pretty!
Open the sliders and listen to the sounds of the sea.
The only drawback is the number of stairs and the steepness thereof. That feature should be considered if older people are among the renters.
Otherwise, a dream property!!

Beautiful property with a fabulous kitchen and gathering area for 11 people. View of the ocean was spectacular!

Booking and even adding an extra day was so easy. The hosts were very responsive. Baby gates were on site for my 2 year old nephew which was fantastic as there were two sets of stairs on the upper level.
A quick and easy walk to the beach and plentiful parking for myself, my brother, my sister and my parents.
Washer and dryer on site and there were even laundry baskets in the rooms. Everything was very well thought out for us.
We had a wonderful time and will need to come back during spring/summer and not the beginning of fall.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Well stocked and we so appreciated the presence of safety gates at the steps. We could relax and not worry about our 2 1/2 year old grandson tumbling down the steps. Only suggestion was pool chairs could have been better. Some moldy and not appealing to sit on. Location was fantastic We would love to return again and again

My family and I rented this home for my parent's 50th anniversary celebration. The property was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had had a clear view (through large windows) of the beach right across the street. We had an active 1.5 year old with us and safety was not a concern with built in baby gates on the main living area and gated decks. The 6 and 7 year old kids loved the bunk beds and spent hours playing just in "their room". We also had an 11 and 12 year old and everyone enjoyed walking the beach at such close proximity.
We stayed for Easter Sunday, so it was too early to make use of the pool, but the gate system for the pool also seems very safe. We cooked a large Easter brunch and had all the supplies we needed and the space! Easy access to Newport was a huge plus for us as well.
Ease of working with the owners and property management far exceeded my expectations - everyone was lovely - I would highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay at this property! The owners were so helpful and always so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The house is beautiful. It had everything we needed. Everything was clean and warm and comfortable. It was the perfect home for our group of 11. And the house was perfectly situated so close to the beach. Thank you for being our holiday home this December 2022.

First, the house was amazing. The view of the ocean and beach was spectacular and walking to the beach from the house was about fifty yards. The four grandchildren ( 4 1/2, 3, 2, 2 and 6 month old) had a blast. We used the pool which it was one of our priorities. Driving to local restaurant was several miles away and less than forty minutes to Newport. Perfect location for a family. We definitely want to do it again.

Perfect spot
This property was in the perfect location-walk to beach and pool in the yard. When the little ones napped we were able to sit by the pool. Open concept allowed us to all be together. Views from the deck are breathtaking. Very quiet neighborhood. Hope to go there next year!

Family Celebration
The house was amazing! We loved the neighborhood and its’ location. We were able to go to the beach for short periods of time due to the lttle ones that were with us, But because we were so close to the ocean, we were able to come and go as much as we wanted!

This house was perfect for our families to meet and stay before our oldest son got married. Location was wonderful. Plenty of room and nice big kitchen . Kids enjoyed the pool as well as the beach and ocean . Would recommend this house for your next get together or vacation with family.

The property was great but what we all felt about the amount of work that we had to do for the price we paid might detour us from staying that that property again. We had to make our own beds and get your towels that were dropped off in a big bag and left in the hall. I have never had to do before. Again for the price of the home we felt like that should have been already taken care of.

Short distance to beach with a great view of water from the deck, upper level living room, dining and kitchen areas.
The pool was a blessing as Storm Ida prevented swimming in the ocean. More than enough room for my 3 adult children, spouses and 2 small grandchildren

The location and view of water from the house is amazing! Beach entry is directly across the street but without a lifeguard unless you walk further down.
There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. My grandchildren loved the pool, which was very clean and had a great time in the bunk room which accommodated them all.
Bedrooms were all nicely furnished. The living quarters and kitchen are beautiful There's a gas grill and outdoor tables.
This house furnishes bedding and towels at no extra cost, which I didn't realize, and they had a nice supply of beach towels in the living room. Nice big TV also. We had a wonderful time. Thanks!

We really enjoyed staying here. It is right across the street from the beach. The house is well appointed and they furnish towels and linens through a service which we appreciate. Although there were only 5 of us, it easily sleeps another 3-5 people especially if you have children. They have a bunk room which is really nice for families with young children

Family vacation
Our vacation was awesome. The house was perfect. We loved every minute of it. Would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in coming to Narragansett for a beach vacation. Could not have asked for more.

Wonderful Week!
Eastward Look was wonderful! The location and view could not be beat. Having the added luxury of a pool for the kids was so nice. The house is tastefully decorated, updated and had ample space for the 12 of us. We really loved the house and would love to come back next year. The only thing I would add is that the master bedroom is huge! Seems like wasted space. Consider putting a queen or king sleeper couch in there so families could share the space if needed.
My favorite thing to do was to get up in the morning before everyone else and have a cup of coffee on the deck looking at the ocean.

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect. The house is immaculate, modern appliances, comfortable beds; the whole place is like new and well equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Carly and Rhonda from the management company were extremely responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. They made us feel like cherished guests. I will definitely be back!
