The apartment is basically as advertised. However the full size beds are awful. The owner should invest in new beds. 28 nights on that bed was difficult. The shower doors do not go back and forth. On day 1 the doors came off the track and I hurt my shoulder lifting them. We left them open while showering. While there the garbage disposal broke and leaked, but was promptly fixed. The oven never worked at all. Everything including the sofa is old. The tv is small and has only basic service. Spend a few bucks and give your guests something. The lamps all have chains, one came out. The place is bare bones. Next year I will look for another place because this unit needs to be updated.

Terribly long wait to check in. No hot water for 1/2 day twice. Internet & cable breakdowns. Was told it was Queen Beds, turned out to be double. Very low quality linens & pillows were horrible. Pots & pans filthy. Fire alarm caused building to be without elevator usage for 1/2 day. Would not stay here again !

Building is extremely strict when it comes to wearing masks you’ll get fined other than that my stay was fine a lot of towels and pots and pans to cook with. Great view just needs updating

This was the perfect rental for our family of 6. The balcony overlooked the water, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for comfort, the kitchenette was perfect for cooking meals. The pool and area is very nice and it was great to go right out to the beach!

Sushi two doors down overlooking the ocean and fresh fish at ETARU was phenomenal ! You won’t find a more affordable luxurious stay as this! Will be returning as an adult Holliday next!!

Pleasant check in, beautiful facilities and views. The condo had a broken bed in the bedroom, water in only shower handle is on wrong...reversed. confusing. Overall clean, but felt like a low end hotel room. The building is definitely a 4 to 5 star place. Overall I was happy for 5 days. Good location close to Hollywood boardwalk and restaurants.

Beautiful safe beach town and this apartment had everything my family needed near by or already within the apartment to enjoy pool and beach fun each day! Bring your own infant items if needed! Would love to return someday! Thank you!!

The good is that the place is pretty big, it was clean, and the view is great. Outside of that I wasn't impressed. The unit itself is pretty dated, which is OK, but there are things in the unit that don't work, don't work well or are broken. Forget being able to see in the master closet unless it's daylight and you have the blinds open because the light doesn't work. The shower (there is only one, not two like the listing says) has a control that needs replaced because the position for hot/cold/off varied every time you used it. There was a lamp that functioned in the family room but the light was separated from the base of the lamp because it had rusted off. There were also light sockets that weren't secured to the wall. The refrigerator also seemed like it was struggling to cool and I noticed it's because the door seal is barely attached to the door. The place needs a lot of little things addressed. If they were it would be a solid 4 star unit.

The view is incredible. Clean condo would stay here again.

All was great pool alittle smaller than what we expected, but the beach was excellent

Property was older than we expected. Jesi and Alberto were great! Please get more washcloths! We only found 3 or 4 washcloths.

The view sold us on the property and it did not disappoint. Everyone around the building was extremely kind and helpful

The beach is great! Check in process a little cumbersome but then fine. Our representative was wonderful. The facility, balcony and view were all as hoped for a great vacation. Unfortunately, the kitchen was comprised of significantly lower than expected basic utensils, dishes, pans with an oven that didn’t work properly. If you don’t plan to cook or just microwave this place is for you..

We really enjoyed the appartment, the view is amazing, amenities in the building are good and direct access to the beach is a plus.Process for booking and checking in/out was very clear.Definitelly a place to stay!
