Our family really enjoyed this condo and it’s location. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach and several eating establishments. We walked almost everywhere and absolutely loved that. There is a great path along the beach for exercise or to take you to the pier, restaurants near the beach, or just to watch sunsets. There was a great beachside concert we attended that was a lot of fun. The condo itself worked perfect for our needs and it has a great outdoor patio to bbq or just hang out with friends. We will definitely go back again. Rikki was truly amazing and wanted us to notify her if there were any issues.

Loved our stay and would love to come back in the future. The location was great, it was clean, had comfortable beds, large driveway for parking, great communication and clear instructions.

Great location, Riki was very hands-on and easy to reach with questions. Outdoor patio area is great for entertaining.

Our stay at Riki's property named, "Stairway to Heaven" was exactly what we needed. The grandkids enjoyed the enclosed patio and we had ample space with the three bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked and communication with Riki was easy. Loved the short walk to the beach trail! Thank you for a great stay!

Riki greeted me upon my arrival and showed me each and every room and the amenities. If you’re looking for a great location near the beach and close to the city center this is the place to be.

The property is exactly as advertised and the location is perfect. We loved the fact that things like salt, basic spices, tea, broom, cloths etc... were there. It made the stay perfectly smooth.

We recently stayed here week of Thanksgiving with family and friends. Riki was a great host and met us at the house upon arrival. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. Short walk to beach and pier. About 30 minutes to Camp Pendleton which was perfect as our sons are stationed there. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had pantry of spices salt sugar tea coffee etc. Outdoor patio was beautiful and plenty of space. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This fabulous location is only 4 minute walk from beach. Beds for 6 and 3 bathrooms were a real plus! We enjoyed the large patio with different levels & settings (tables, chairs, grill, etc). Riki was very friendly and after arrival responded quickly to our requests. She was especially kind to extend our departure for 30 minutes later than the policy stated. We all agreed the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Aside from that, it's a super place to enjoy a holiday!

Our family of 5 adults had the best time! The location to the beach and pier was excellent, and we walked everywhere. Having our own parking was great too. Riki greeted us when we got there and was awesome. Good amount of space for the 5 of us and the back patio was a great hang out spot. If we end up in San Clemente again, I would definitely book here!

We loved staying at Riki's place. The accomodation worked really well for a family of six. So close to the beach and the back yard was better than the pictures. We loved relaxing there in the evening. San Clemente is beautiful and wished we had booked more days there. Riki was super helpful throughout.

The kids had a great time boogie boarding at the beach every day, all day!

Loved the patio, we stayed outside on it whenever we were at the house. The steps up to the door were a killer especially for my husband. Plenty of space inside. Riki was great, she made sure we had everything we needed. My grandkids loved it and want to go back again.

Riki is a lovely host. She was incredible quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The house is pretty and good located less than 10 min. away from the Pier (by foot). We could park our car right in front of the house. The house was well equipped and the patio was charming.

We’ve probably used VRBO 25 times over the years and Riki is definitely the best host we’ve ever had. Any problems, she’s on her way over to fix it. We’ll be back for sure.

Very nice property, easy walk to beach, very clean, nice outside area for grilling and relaxing. The property manager was easy to contact and answered all my questions in a quick response. I would definitely stay again! San Clemente is a great little city.

This condo was perfect. Plenty of beds- the upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The first bedroom has a full under twin bunk and another twin bed- no TV, the next room has two twins - no TV (only adding this bc my son brought his Xbox and was disappointed. Master has a queen and has a small Tv and private balcony. Downstairs is a well appointed kitchen- large dining room and a second balcony a half bath and living room with plenty of seating. There is a TV and cable with every channel. The courtyard is lovely and spacious. There is ample parking which is a huge perk in this neighborhood. It’s a very short walk to the Marioposa entrance to the beach boardwalk. About 1/4 mile walk to the pier and shops. The host met us upon check in and gave us a tour- she was responsive and sweet. There is a laundry room shared with the condo on the back of the unit. It is quarter operated, we saw this and brought quarters - it was great. Highly recommend.

We were in San Clemente for a wedding and wanted to enjoy the beach and surrounding area. The house was everything the pictures and writeup said it was. Lovely back yard to relax in after a day at the beach. We would definately stay here again.

Loved the location; close to the beach but on a quiet block. We were very comfortable in the house. The parking and the outdoor courtyard was a HUGE bonus. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well-stocked.

Riki was a great host. She was very accommodating. The house was awesome, very close to the beach and Pier. Great restaurants in the area, plenty of choices for really good food, and great golf as well. We would love to come back and stay at one of her properties!

From the moment you open the door the home is inviting and welcoming. Easy walk to the beach. Great location in a quaint beach town with every amenity you need. Easy access to the highway. Only wish I could have stayed longer.
