Shelley was incredibly helpful during our stay and I appreciate that so much giving that the request we sent was last minute. Everything was ready for us the day we checked in and the whole experience was very peaceful and gave a home-like feel. Will for sure remember this stay and recommend to my other friends traveling to Hawaii!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Oahu!

The condo was clean and Shelley was easy to work with. Having stayed at The Hawaiian Princess twice before I mistakenly assumed that all the units had central air conditioning. This is not the case with this unit. If anyone tells you that the breeze off the water is enough to cool your unit do not believe them. At 3PM when the sun is beating into the unit the 3 ceiling fans and the 2 floor fans, even with the room darkening drapes closed, do not do anything to cool off the apartment. At best they just move the hot air around. There is a portable AC unit in the bedroom that is about 12 inches from the bed and cannot be moved because it needs to take outside air from the window. However the AC sounds like a lawnmower making it impossible to sleep. This in itself will keep me from renting this unit again. The photos of the bathroom on the website are kind of misleading. They show a toilet and a walk in shower which is correct. What it doesn't show is that the bathroom has no sink. The bathroom sink is located outside the bathroom at the entry way to the bedroom. So your bathroom sink is in your bedroom. When you use the toilet you need to go out the bathroom door in order to wash your hands in the bedroom. Because of the sink location you also no longer have a bedroom door. Just a curtain. Although the lack of central AC may not be important to everyone, it should be included in the description of the unit.

We never left. Parked the car and spent four days on the property. Gorgeous views and beach. Waves are tricky so be careful. Super comfortable furnishings and great kitchen. Everyone was incredibly nice and Shelley was the perfect host. Settle in and enjoy yourselves.

The condo was wonderful. We saw whales and turtles from the lanai. Beautiful sunsets also. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a little out of the way but the stay way exactly what we wanted. Totally quiet and private location. This is out of the way up on the north west coast but this is the perfect place to get away! The beach was practically private with only locals and a couple of tourists. When I return to this island I WILL stay at this location again it is so private and out of the way. Not the party scene at all very relaxing.

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. Easy to find, fantastic beach right out in front, which never had more than 30 people. A rare find in Oahu. Condo was perfect for us, we cooked our own breakfast and a few nice BBQ dinners as well, which was a nice option to have. Shelley was very helpful, giving us first timers advice on where to go, what to do, restaurants, etc which we appreciated. The views from this condo are second to none, and we witnessed numerous turtles and whales breaching in the distance, which was really cool! The ONLY complaint I would have, and this has nothing to do with property or condo, is the amount of homeless people which are accumulating on the beach in the area. Realize many of these folks are down on their luck, but there HAS to be a better option than tents on world class beach lines. Govt needs to step in here. Again, loved our experience in this condo, as we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here. We made many wonderful lasting memories, and you will too! Mahalo Shelley! ☺️

Condo had all we could ask for! Cannot get closer to the ocean and the view is great! AC in the bedroom was really nice for cooling down before bedtime. Also had all the extras such as beach chairs that we needed. Owner was easy to communicate with and gave a lot of helpful tips about the area. Had a great stay!

The host was extremely helpful and responsive, made every aspect of our stay easy and enjoyable. The condo is excellent, the views are breathtaking. There is no barrier reef to protect the beach, so the waves are pretty big. Beach is not too crowded, very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The balcony became my favorite place. Everything we needed was provided, and contact with our host was easy and accommodating. What a special week for old friends in an amazing place!

This place was exactly what was needed. Best view of the sunset in Hawaii. The apartment was equipped well beyond expectations. Place is well guarded as the security was very thorough on every vehicle parked in the lot and every vehicle that entered the lot. I would do this place again in heartbeat. Perfect for 2 people.

This condo has all the amenities you will need. It is clean and spacious. The deck is large and has incredible views of the ocean from a higher floor. We went all over the island and did not see any condos this close to the beach! Would definitely stay again. The owners were very quick with communication.

It was perfect for what we wanted

Our stay was fantastic. We worked from the property for 4 weeks, and were able to walk downstairs to the beach right after work. Everything was spotless and process was seamless. If you are planning to work from the property, bring a mobile hotspot.

As far as property, accommodations, communications, location, amenities, and the best sunsets on the island, all our expectations were met! We would not have changed anything. However, we did learn some things that might be an issue for others (they were not for us). This part of the island is where the locals live and therefore, neighborhoods and restaurants might be sketchy for some. Being out and about at night might be scary for you. Also, rush hour traffic was a nightmare! Just stay away from the main road between 3:30 and 6:00 local time and you will be alright. Also, we were there over New Year's Eve and our waiter at Restaurant 604 (best closest restaurant to property) told us that the fireworks were going to be crazy. Good Lord! They were insane! Up and down the coast as far as the eye could see, fireworks were going off for a good 45 minutes non-stop. I took videos and posted them on social media. Pretty much everyone asked if we were in Beirut or some other war zone due to the noise and intensity. We eventually fell asleep once they ran out of fireworks. Other than that night, everything was quiet and peaceful! If we went back to Oahu, we would not have any issues staying here again! Last but not least, Shelley is the best! She made sure we had everything we needed and all the information we needed. Rest assured, you will be taken care of if you stay here! :)

We enjoyed our stay immensely, the views from the lanai are spectacular to begin and end your day with. Loved the beach . The condo had everything we needed. Thanks Shelly and John we will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful condo with an outstanding 10th floor direct view of the beach and the ocean. The unit is nicely equipped, and everything is exactly as described.

We had a wonderful stay in this darling condo! Everything you need is right there, from beach chairs to snorkeling gear. The beach and view are exactly as pictured. Shelley was available to answer any questions. We left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. We will be back!

Shelley & John are amazing, their property it’s clean, updated & the view from the balcony could not be better. We really enjoyed our stay, we found ourselves relaxing on the beach every day, it’s almost like a private beach & everyone it’s super nice. Shelley & John provided great referrals for restaurants, stores & car rentals. They were really available for us when we needed them & we really recommend their place. Thank you for everything 🤗�❤️
