Nice little spot. 5 beds (1 bunk set) so can fit 10 individuals. We had 4 adults and 3 kids so every kid got their own bed. Backyard is large enough for a group of 10 or so to comfortably hang out. There was lots to do for the kiddos: fire pit, fishing (worms sold down the road), paddle boats, and even a bit of a sandy beach. Boats can be rented.Owners are responsive and care about guests having a good time. Note: do bring your own shampoo and soap for bath.

The property was as expected from description and pictures. The property was very nice for my family. The internet was bad dropping programs. We enjoyed the water and being outdoors.

Nice place to stay, close to many things. Nice little lake, even though the weather did not cooperate. We had 7 adults, 1 toddler & 2 dogs. We only were there for a short time but was fine for us all.

Overall, our stay was average. The host was friendly, communication before arrival was great, and early check-in was much appreciated. During the stay, communication was slower, and we had to reach out for check-in instructions, checkout instructions, and the WiFi password.The backyard was a bit disappointing compared to expectations. It felt dated and run down, with no real outdoor lighting besides blue bug lights. The grill needed to be reassembled, and cleaning supplies, gloves, paper towels, and rags were left out, making it seem like cleaning may have been rushed or interrupted. Floors did not appear freshly cleaned, and powdered toilet cleaner was still left in the toilets.We were also glad we checked the propane tanks before grilling because both were empty. The host was unaware but did offer complimentary paddle boat use if we filled them, which we appreciated.The listing mentioned two queen beds, but we only found one. The home also had a noticeable mildew smell and damp feeling, and the floors/house were visibly unlevel, which may bother guests sensitive to those things.On a positive note, there were plenty of towels and linens, and the stay was comfortable enough overall. We aren’t picky travelers and didn’t mind tidying things ourselves. We just feel the property could benefit from a little more upkeep, attention to detail, and clearer communication for guests.
