В отеле тихо, есть своя закрытая небольшая территория. Номер чистый, персонал приветливый, отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь. В номере все необходимое есть: тапочки, зубная щетка, полотенце, шампунь, мыло, гель для душа, фен, холодильник, телевизор, вода в бутылках. При необходимости вам предоставят чайник, и детскую кроватку.

Завтрак подают поздно, в 9:00 по Еревану. Но в день отъезда, женщина, готовящая завтрак пришла пораньше, чтобы покормить нас в 7:30. Это большой плюс, спасибо большое .

Comfortable, clean & quiet rooms. Nice garden setting away from the street. A very reasonably priced stay.

Breakfast could be improved with some fresh fruit selections and bread. The only bread available was wraps.

For breakfast they served very salty mashed potatoes. Instant coffee. Very few buffet table choices

In the room there is no drinking water, no glasses or cups, no teapot, nothing to make tea or coffee.

The hotel was located in 10 minutes walking distance from my client - super convenient not to waste time in traffic jams. The room was spacious and light, with tall windows looking at a nice small garden on two sides. Residential areas around is genuine, , and you can find yourself in the center of genuine urban life atmosphere. If I wanted to sit in a cafe somewhere in the center, it cost <4$ for a 10-minute trip to get there by taxi.

My room was next to the receptionist, and if I were not very tired, I could hear a conversation at the reception desk.

The hotel is cosy and welcoming, not in the very centre, but well-located in a lively neighbourhood. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and cafes in the same street with AnnaBella. The staff was super warm and friendly! Breakfast is not the usual buffet one finds in most hotels, it is not too varied, but has a homemade touch, as if you're visiting a granny, which is cool, at least for me it was so. The room was spacious and had almost everything I needed.

There wasn't a waste basket in the room, only in the toilette, not super convenient. No kettle or cups in the room either (but fresh bottled water was provided daily, which is great). No conditioner in the shower kit, only shower gel and shampoo, which is quite inconvenient when you're a girl with long hair. The rest was ok and more than adequate for the price.

Our family room was huge and very comfortable. Even during the New year eve it was very silent. Various and tasty breakfast, Armenian flavours. Helpful and friendly staff, smiling and in good mood. (not common this time in the country..)

..nothing around (a big suburb around) and a bit too far from the centre, but this manageable with taxis or your own car.

Nice old-fashion building, lovely clean interior and cozy courtyard. Upscale bedsheets, comfortable mattress and high quality window curtains, very quiet - a great place to sleep. Yammy breakfast. My personal favorite place to stay in Yerevan chosen from many!
