Best Western Plus Sparks-Reno Hotel

The best part about our stay was the personal of the hotel. They made us feel super welcome and made everything very easy and comfortable

The breakfast was included, which was nice, but the food wasn't very good. There was also screamo music at the breakfast area, which was a bit of putting.

Location was close to where I was visiting.

Not enough Disabled parking spots.

We loved the Gambi’s restaurant and the pool. Our room was quite spacious and I loved having a laundry room on our floor. The staff was amazing!

The carpet in the hallways and the smell of the hotel. This was a shame, because it made the property feel old and unclean, and while it might be an older hotel, it was definitely clean. The included breakfast was disappointing though.

The Hotel is very nice. My room was beautiful.

The hotel was understaffed or perhaps, undertrained. We arrived to get our room key to find there were people already in our room. When I told the person behind the desk I felt dismissed. We finally were given a room ( non-handicapped) the next day we were moved to a handicapped room. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted our room cleaned and how often. I asked for service every other day. I never had the room cleaned. When I looked into this I was given towels each time. After 3 days I finally put the dirty towels out in the hall. My friend went to try out the gym and every machine was not in working order. I really wanted to like this hotel as the grounds are nice and our room was nice. I can’t recommend it at present because of the service.
