The property was very clean and WONDERFUL. Our condo was very nicely furnished. My only complaint was 1 mattress needs to Be replaced. The furniture was dusty. Would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful time and plenty of room for 8 adults and two children. The only issues were there are only 4 elevators per floor so when everyone is trying to check in and out and headed to the beach we had to wait like 40 mins for an elevator.

We walked in on Sunday May 18th. The floors were FILTHY! Stained bedding. Blood spatter on one shower curtain. Missing towel rods: master bath had both the towel rod and tissue holder pulled out of sheetrock! Cooking pans dirty with Grease in cabinet! Lighters, sand and candy wrappers under beds and behind night stands. Stained wash cloths and towels. Candy on sheets on bed. Stained mattresses. The floors were so dirty our feet were black within an hour. No mop. The handle for the broom was 2 feet long! Cookware was mostly beyond scratched or had to have handles tightened to use! This place appeared to have been trashed! It could be a really nice space. Needs attention and better cleaning service! Pools were great and well maintained.

Didn’t realize until the morning after check-in that my bathroom had black mold on the shower ceiling. Reported this to management right away. Charlotte notified the proper people and sent them to check the problem. They were slow at getting the problem corrected. Charlotte kept up trying to get them moving, finally they brought hugh dehumidifier and put them in my bathroom. Checked in on Sunday, found black mold on Monday morning, didn’t use this bathroom Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Asked Charlotte to move us to another unit, she took care of that right away! She worked very hard and diligently to take care of the problem. The condo itself was beautiful and the views were wonderful from our balcony. I know that the problem was caused by a leaking shower in the condo above us! I suffer from COPD and couldn’t take the chance of being there with the black mold. Loved the property and the pool and lazy river. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Charlotte Thank you for efforts to accommodate us!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice, there were a few lamps that didn't work, and it was very dusty. Some of the bed linen wasn't clean, the floors needed mopping and vacuumed. But everything else was good. Would stay again.

The place is pretty much exactly like the pictures except for some of the furniture was different. What you can't see in the pictures is the horrendously dirty floors (walk in the kitchen barefoot and get instant black feet), food stuck on counters and dirty shower curtains. Not to mention the dust on the high up things is thick. (For example, the top of the armoire in the master bedroom.) There were some small things that could also be fixed to make it more comfortable. Oh and FYI the ice maker needs to be cleaned as well.... Also, I requested for a late check out (even offered to pay extra) and they said they didn't have a problem with it as long as there wasn't anyone booked for that evening. No problem but never got a confirmation on it. We were in town for a wedding and the other people staying with us were there first and something happened to the key code. They were super quick to respond to that and helped us get back in rather quickly. But the 3 other times I asked about a late check out went unanswered. Overall, I feel like it would have been better to go with something different given all the draw backs.

Unfortunately the cleaning service was really bad the entire condo was a mess dirty towels, dirty floors, windows, dining table had not been cleaned. My wife and I had to clean most of the condo the first night it was that bad. But once we got the place livable again it was beautiful view from the corner balcony on 24th floor. The condo was plenty big enough to give all my family space to not feel cramped. Even on twenty-fourth floor it only took about 4 mins to hit the beach. The amenities were great with the pools and lazy River. Others had complained about long check out times. We arrived after Labor Day didn’t experience that issue it was easy to use the elevator. Over all definitely worth staying, just wish the cleaning service would have done their jobs.

We stayed in unit 1801 which was a excellent choice, I was very pleased and look forward to coming back next year, hopefully the same unit, this was my first time in Alabama.

Beautiful Condo but needs a little TLC alot of little maintenance issues. Housekeeping of unit was subpar definitely could benefit from a good cleaning. Great view and lazy river definitely was a huge hit.

very spacious and very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean. No issues with condo itself. Only issue was elevators. For the amount of people at this property they need more elevators.

Many of the lights were out in main living area and in some of the bedrooms. The silverware/other utensils were dirty. The lack of kitchenware and condition of kitchenware was disappointing. The toilet paper bar holder was missing in one of the bathrooms, the tp holder was barely hanging on in the other bathroom and the towel bar had same issue. There were dust bunnies on the floor in the master bedroom. The smoke alarms randomly went off one night, nothing was cooking nor was sliding glass door open. Dealing with the management on phone was not very good. We had to climb up and take them all off the wall as it was deafening as they were sooooo loud!!!! We were told they would send someone out the next day. The woman we spoke to on the phone didn’t seem very concerned or interested. The front desk also could not help since it was a Vrbo property unit. The patio furniture wasn’t quite as nice as some of the other units but they did have a lot of chairs, which when we arrived several were by the kitchen table. The kitchen table was a very nice size but very well worn. The dryer struggled to get clothes dry without running it twice, and yes the lint trap was emptied. The curtain was stained in a bedroom and the bedspread in one of the rooms was stained. Some of the furniture was not as it appeared in the pictures online. The bathrooms were not all supplied with the first roll of toilet paper and there was a lack of dish towels. I had to go to the store to purchase some. The refrigerator was not keeping things cold as it should have and refrigerator door did not close on its own and water would run out the bottom! The stove top was well worn. I’m guessing one of the microwaves didn’t work that well and that is why there were 2 in the kitchen. Not the condos fault but the elevator(s) were an issue as the facility needs more for the amount of rooms they have as it was always an issue during our stay. Also the parking garage ran out of parking spots and we had to park out front, in front of the building. The size of the room was amazing and accommodated our large family. The views were amazing! We enjoyed the lazy river and the slide on site.
