The property was very large for a one bedroom condo. Upon arrival the parking arrangements were a bit confusing in spite of the provided directions. The on-site restaurant was excellent and view along with beach access was as expected. Expect to return.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. We enjoyed the ocean views and the ease of getting around Tybee. We would definitely book again!

What a great condo for our short 3 night trip to Tybee. Greatest beach view in a clean and comfortable condo. Never needed to drive anywhere since the food at the resort was delicious. All amenities were convenient including the short walk down to the beach. Renting chairs and umbrella on the beach made beach days extra convenient. We will definitely rent again at this same location.

The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants but far enough away from the busier southside which was also easy to visit. Only complaint is the noisy couch!

Great location with quick access to pool and beach. Plenty of space for my wife and me with great morning views of sunrise. Nice access to the neighboring restaurant for quick bites if you don’t want to venture out. But location of condo is central and easy access to North or South places if you do. Beach never got crowded in our immediate stretch.

This was our 2nd stay in a Beachside Colony resort condo. We rented this unit for our 10th Anniversary stay. On the downside, the couch was not comfortable to sit on at all, the sliding glass door lock was broken & would Not lock, so, good the unit is on the 3rd floor (we message the manager and heard nothing back)... And on day 1 we received an email that the bathtub could Not be used while we were there. I had planned to use the large tub, but it was Not fixed during our visit ... Thankful we didn't have a small child to bathe in the tub. Also, during our 2nd day there, we emailed the property manager about both bathroom sinks barely draining. Around the 4th day we sent a text to remind the manager. The 5th day we believe "someone" had been in the unit while we were out (smelled like cigarette smoke when we returned. We did not find a note or email about a repair attempt). The sinks Never properly drained. Was gross and had to use extra amounts of water to rinse down soap, dirt, and toothpaste. Also, the unit could use a deep clean. Base boards were really dirty, and the window ledges of the bedroom were coated with dirt or black mold. The blackout shade appeared permanently pulled down due to being broken (maybe why no one cleans those windows). On a Positive note: Plenty of kitchen & bathroom supplies, unit smelled nice, great appliances including the washer & dryer, the view was spectacular, the instructions for the unit were easy to find and clear to understand, and although parking spots were tight... there was always a spot for us to park any time of day/night. The negatives did put a damper on our anniversary visit. We like Beachside Colony but prefer to find a cleaner unit with less "broken items" next time. Thank you for the stay in April 2023.

Luxury accommodations in every room. Fantastic bathroom, very comfy bed. Gorgeous view of the ocean, a perfect spot on the balcony to watch the sunrise. Would suggest another bedside table and a more comfortable couch, but we would come back in a hot minute!

The condo is in a great location with beautiful sunrises and beach access. The pool area is beautiful. The refrigerator is nice, the laundry area is perfect, and the kitchen well appointed, except for the coffee maker. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom furniture and bathroom cabinetry is very nice. This condo is not "luxury" as noted in the property description. It is a good condo, with some needed cleaning and amenities to make it seem more luxurious. A beautiful soaking tub, but the water heater doesn't have enough hot water to provide more than 4" of water even if you use only the hot water. It would be nice to have towel hooks over the door and not over the toilet. The carpet and area rug are old and stained. The couch while comfortable is dirty. The bathroom towel rack falls off the wall as it isn't secured in a stud, only drywall. The coffee maker is a small drip filter model. A Keurig would be nice for a luxury condo. Aside from a deep cleaning, you could spend $200 and improve the experience a lot. Keurig, king size pillows to fill the shams, a blanket of some sort on the bed, silicone caulk the towel rack together so it doesn't fall off in pieces, over the bathroom door towel rack/hooks, a toothbrush holder, a rug by the door (I left one), a pack or 2 of plastic hangers. ($4 at Chu's). This is a great location to stay for a few days. I stayed for 5 weeks and noticed the issues more. I have stayed at luxury Vrbo houses in Utah and have had luxury homes

Great location: walking distance to Tybee pier. View is wonderful! Kitchen is updated & convenient. Condo bedroom is spacious. Bathroom is updated & beautiful! Beach access is good.

The condo is easy to find and all the instructions sent ahead of time were all I needed to get there, park and get in. There was construction going on so it was loud during the day, but I wasn't there to hang out in the condo so it didn't really bother me. The kitchen has everything you'd need and the entire place was very clean. It was cold when I was there, so the heat had to come on and it warmed the place up nicely. The beach at this part of Tybee is gorgeous and you can see dolphins in the ocean just walking the beach. Bring some coffee - there is a coffee maker and filters waiting. Better yet, go to Tybean Coffee (8 minute drive) and get theirs...it's delicious!!

We had a great experience! The room was clean, and fully stocked with the essentials. The location is perfectly in the middle. The furniture was comfortable and it was so convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. The balcony was our favorite part of the unit and we enjoyed beautiful beach sunrises every morning and loved watching the cargo ships coming into port! (Pack binoculars!). The resort was quiet and clean. The Deck Restaurant that’s attached to the property had fantastic food! We walked up to the pier where there were great shops and restaurants. We loved Tybee Island! We also spent a day in Savannah which was a great experience! You won’t be disappointed!

We celebrated Christmas & our wedding anniversary at Tybee. The condo was great.
