Absolutely perfect.

The condo was very nice and had all of the amenities that were needed. Correspondence with the owner was excellent. We would stay again. It was a good trip.

Just got back from a wonderful vacation at Summerlin. The views in this place are spectacular! You are reminded of God’s majesty everywhere you look! Unlike Destin, this a quiet stretch of beach with fewer people making it a much more relaxing vacation. Summerlin is a small complex which was perfect for us. Although it has a pool, it’s a small one, and you can’t really view the gulf from the pool deck because of the height of the sand dunes. However, that didn’t really affect our vacation because we’re mainly a beach family. The views from this condo totally make up for the lack of a large pool. Another thing we liked about this condo was the location. It’s just down the street from some great family restaurants and around the corner from the Ft. Walton pier and Publix. Although we loved all these aspects of this condo, what really puts this condo over the top is it’s owner….Darlene. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of as a guest in her beautiful home. We’ve been coming to Destin for years to celebrate my mother-n-law’s birthday as well as our anniversary (at the location where we tied the knot), and this is one of the best condos we’ve stayed in! We feel blessed to have found such a wonderful condo and wonderful owner. We are already missing your beautiful home Darlene…..Hope to be back very soon!

The condo is beautifully decorated and super clean. The location is amazing and the water was so clear.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean condo with lots of thought put into kitchenware/ utensils you may need. We love it. Owner is very easy to communicate with as well.

We really enjoyed our week vacation in this unit. We have been coming to Oskaloosa for a long time and this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in! The owner was very nice and checked in on us via text our first day. She wanted to make sure everything was good upon our arrival. This condo has everything we need for a week at the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is easy to find, right on the beach, great parking. It was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable, showers great, furniture nice and updated. The views from the condo were the best from anywhere else we have stayed on the beach. The pool was clean and perfect. We would love to stay there again! The owner Darlene was communicative and very kind to text with details and make sure we were happy. We were! Thank you!

This property is the perfect place to stay. It was very clean, very comfortable and right on the beach.

This condo was very clean, and we loved how it was decorated. Darlene was super nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the view is amazing. We would stay here again.

This property and the hostess were exceptional. The pictures did not do this condo justice. It was a very clean and beautifully decorated condo. The communication with the hostess was seamless. Also, this condo is towards the end of the island therefore, a little less populated than some of the other larger condos nearby; this made for easy beach access. I highly recommend this property!

This is our first time staying at this unit/condo. It’s very nice! Darlene is very friendly and welcoming! Everything is updated throughout. Quiet area (less busy), beach service, 4 beach towels provided along with a large sand bucket & 3 crab nets. Pool was not busy at all. Many nights we had it all to ourselves:) Great ice cream shop right down the road along with a Awesome and cheaper snow crab leg restaurant near by. Can’t wait to book our next stay @ 601 Sumerlin!

This was our second time to stay in this condo. We are already making plans to schedule again.

The owner, Darlene, is extra special so no wonder her property is as well! Look forward to staying here again!
